No. I had to wait till bub was wheened befor starting. All meal replacement or appetite suppressant manufactures recommend not to.

Fat Blaster contains large amounts of caffeine, not advisable whilst breast feeding in that taking 6 tablets a days could effect not only your heart's fibrillation but also that of the baby, definite no.

I would recommend that you do three or four days of juice fasting with good quality juices which will help you be cleaner and lose weight and get your liver and everything in good order which will help a lot with losing weight In the long term. I just bought some of the fat blaster protein shakes and found them sickly sweet, might be using the other 23 satchels out of the 24 satchel box. Much prefer the natural method. Hope that helps.
