I recently purchased a pretty expensive product from these guys and boy what a nightmare. So when checking out they tell you that there will be around a $15 surcharge for express post and that this isn’t optional, ok whatever I pay the surcharge. that someone’s dropped over $250 on is pretty crap let’s be real. Anyway once the item dispatched it makes its way over to my local sorting facility less than a 5 minute drive from my house. This is where the item sat for the next 13 days. I understand that this part of the process is out of their hands but I received very minimal communication from naughty boy in regards to them following up with the logistics company as to what the issue was, no offer to refund the express post surcharge as 3 days to ship and then 13 days at a sorting facility doesn’t really qualify as an express service in my opinion. So what happened in the end? Well when I say it was there for 13 days, today is the 13th day. I contacted the logistics company myself because the guys at naughty finally contacted me today to say “well wait until the end of the week and see what happens” no we won’t. After speaking to the logistics guys they immediately deemed it as lost and I then forwarded that on to naughty boy and demanded a refund. Very poor communication, no offer of any kind to amend the situation on their end such as send a new or offer a refund, a surcharge for express postage when they take 3 days to dispatch the item themselves and overall just a really crap experience from start to finish. Up to you, you shop where you want but if your shit goes missing in the way, don’t expect these guys to keep you in the loop or investigate for you. Now apparently a refund has been transferred to me which I haven’t yet received. If nothings in by the beginning of next week, well I guess I’ll be posting an updated review. Avoid at all costs.

asking for it in the first place and as the customer we have to live with that number being there probably forever too And if everywhere we shopped made us use phone number well then its bound to get leaked from somewhere we shop but anyways its a contradicting policy and also subject i will admit shopping online comes with risk so is what it is just dont expect people to thank you when its such a controversial subject much more to be said but will leave it at that

Terrible service and zero customer care – they do not miss you at shipping, quite often charging postage twice for multiple items. Also will withhold orders if you refuse to give them your phone number. Even after they have accepted payment. twice I have tried shopping with them and both times I ended up cancelling my orders and finding another online store. I will never try shopping with them ever again and would strongly urge everyone to take their business elsewhere.

Perfectly fine – Just noticed that there are loads of old reviews on here, complaining (Google gave me an advert about productreview covering naughtyboywhen I was searching something earlier.) Never had any issues. Shipping was slower during lockdown, but so was everyone's. Ok prices, good range. And quicker than shipping from USA.

I recently did an order with maybe 6-8 items in it and when it came time to checkout shipping was like $50. after reviewing why. the order was split up into multiple batches with different delivery totals that equaled the $50.
deciding to just complete the order as i very rarely order from the site. it was ordered and good do go
i got an email saying my item has shipped. yeahhhhh i should of realised that all those batches were being shipped separately so my ONE order of 6-8 things is now being shipped into 4 different deliveries
all in all its a good enough place and I will probs buy from them again. but shipping price and shipping method is kinda meh.

I really urge you to do this because the more people that report it the more effective it will be. This scam has run long enough.
Terrible aftersale support – You can't complain of the service if there isn't any. The worse online shopping experience in 7 years. Wont return emails. The express postage is a scam. Over night courier service maybe if you live next door to their shop. Ultra slow delivery over 4 weeks too the northern territory. Big flashy website to draw you in but apart from that everything else about this store stinks. Would not recommend to anyone

ordered the items well within their shipping times to Perth. These were a wedding gift. Delivery had to be before 14th March, to make the wedding and I ordered on 28th Feb. I was contacted by customer support on 6th March saying the items hadnt left the warehouse yet and how sorry she was and she would personally make sure they left that day. Aust Post tracking had them leave Melbourne on 12th. Emails were not responded to after 6th. I had to go out and buy the gift again at a retail store costing me another $110...Sent many emails asking to return the products unopened & still in the box and I have never heard from them again. Anyway the products were sub-standard and pure rubbish...Im glad I never gave them to my friends as a gift. Dont bother with this store. You are just throwing money away.
