Thanks for your question. If it worked in other place it should be work in any place of Australia. I returned my GPS as it didn't work even after exchanging.

Hi my navman MOVE30 has stopped responding, the device won't turn on and I have attempted to hit the reset button a number of times and also tried charging it. I have only used the device a few times. Any ideas
Get a refund ,otherwise get another unit
Hi, sorry to hear about your troubles with GPS. My Navman30 died a few weeks ago too and won't even turn on now. Might have come from the same batch as yours. It lost its sound first for a few weeks then just stopped, So I'm looking for a replacement. If your device won't turn on and you can't reset it, and hopefully you are still under warranty, I would be taking it back for replacement. If not under warranty I don't think it's worth trying to repair. These things obviously have limited life expectancy. Regards John

My Navman N393-5000 started giving problems within the warrant period Tthe store "reset" it but now I just have lines across the screen. This is my second navman , the first would never hold a charge and to enter data it had to be constantly plugged in, in 5 secs it would turn off. Is there a fix for the current one?

Thak it to the department of fair trading, and dates of repairs and what the store has done to fix the problem .
