Broke our driveway at a job and refuse to pay for issue the driver caused, have to take it further to chase our money – These guys have amateur hour drivers coming to your workplace or home and destroying driveways , spouting etc , they have no idea what they are doing don't trust them on your property when you are not home or at a job. other companies that have set fees and don't charge extra at the end of pick up also. they act cheap then charge more

Great experience - my goto skip provider going forward – After being let down very badly by Jims Skip Bins (separate review) I needed a skip urgently as I had worker scheduled. Need-a-skip-now are very well named. Easy/quick quote and confirmation and timely prompt delivery as promised. And for once a really nice delivery experience (polite/helpful and timely). This will be my goto skip supplier going forward.
Easy to deal with – Ordered a skip which was delivered on time. Had to change the pick up day at the last minute and they were very accommodating and no extra cost. Great service

concave sides and a large convex bottom. This greatly minimised the load capacity for the soil disposal that we required and our contractors described that they had never seen such a damaged skip before.
Our order was on a weekend which had been prior booked with our contractors, so we had to use what we had and contacted the company via phone on the Monday to discuss this issue.
We were told we should overflow the current skip and offered no further options for reimbursement of the significant amount of space that was lost.
Overflowing a skip is against the law. Skip hire companies must comply with regulations. Overflowing a skip is dangerous, illegal and costly. It is especially hazardous when an overfilled skip bin is in transit on the truck, as debris can fly out and land on the road or hit another vehicle causing an accident. It is also very unfair to the drivers to put them in this position when they pick up the skip.
Need a Skip Now charged $500 for a 2m skip that other companies charge approximately $300 for the same product removal. To receive a skip with such damage and loss of space was a large inconvenience to our contractors and on the job.
Following the phone communication we sent a follow up email seeking reimbursement for the amount of 20% of the purchase price for the space lost. Through responding emails we were told we would receive no reimbursement/refund for the space lost; however they would provide $30 off the next skip ordered (as they also agreed we had lost space)- see correspondence attached.
Their address listed on google, their website and IG is incorrect as they are not located at Lot 7, 30 Bond St Mordialloc. Unsure where this business is is actually based.
This company is not to be trusted and does not treat its customers well. We will not be ordering through them again.
We would urge this company to post pictures of the skip they sent us on their website to show customers a realistic view of the skip they will be receiving upon order.
We completely understand skip bins get knocked around a bit; but when you lose 20% of the capacity of the bin it's just unfair on the customer. I'm sure they receive complaints like this quite often, as they are well rehearsed in their responses. Steer clear dodgy operators.

we requested, and so gave us the next size up. When we called to arrange for that skip to be picked up and another dropped off, we discovered that in order to proceed with the next booking we here required to pay the difference we "owed" on the previous skip. Our lease is ending and we had no choice but to find the extra money. I wonder if we only fill the next half way whether they would refund the difference? Ha.
Finally Customer Service that Cares – Ordered couple of skips already, however the difference I felt with NeedaSkipNow is their customer service. Their Office Team is second to none, very polite, caring & respectful, will definitely order again as very easy to deal with.
Skip was delivered later than it was booked for – A skip was booked for first thing in the morning, and it arrived almost 1 1/2 hours later, I did not get a phone call advising the delay. I had other contractors on site, that couldn't commence work, as the first job was to load up the skip. I almost called to cancel the skip, but it eventually arrived.
Awesome!! – Ordered one bin which wasn’t enough! Called them on the same day and they picked up the full one and delivered me another within 2 hours! What a great service! Thank you so much!
Reliable, efficient and professional! – We booked another company for a delivery on Tuesday and bin was nowhere in sight even on Wednesday afternoon.
