Pro Forma Model of Selling
Recently in the market to purchase a Neff Canopy Rangehood. Telephoned several Perth retailers and they were all the identical price. Made contact with the Australian Neff distributors who advised they had adopted the Pro Forma selling model. To the fair minded person it was price fixing meant to circumvent competition in the market place. Although legal it is morally wrong. It suits the retailers because they get the full commission on the products they sell and don't have to compete. Its a take it or leave it. Several retailers advised they c...ould not sell under the RRP and if found out by Neff they would be black listed. The ACCC would have to be the most incompetent and typical Australian government operation which is very slow to move and is overstaffed with a bunch of buffoons. Can one imagine if all companies adopted this type of selling and extortion. Cars, petrol, vegemite and the list goes on. According to Neff other companies indulge in this practice namely, Miele, Ilve, AEG, Smeg, Asko, V-Zug, Falcon and Honda. I for one would not buy from any of these companies irrespective of how good they reckon the product is just on basic principle.
Unreasonable repair costs poor life expectancy for Premium brand
We installed Neff kitchen appliances in 2011. Including 2 x wall ovens; microwave; induction cooktop, range hood and coffee machine.
There is little ability to negotiate a deal but service by sales people was very good. Builder and cabinet maker lhad no issues.
As expected the coffee machine has many mechanical moving parts And has required both in warranty and out of warranty service. All completed without too much grief.

Hard copy cookbook please
I recently had my NEFF Kitchen appliances installed: Steam combi oven, Vario steam oven, induction cooktop, warming drawer and rangehood. I love my new kitchen and especially my steam combi oven which I am using every day. I would however have loved an opportunity to attend more cooking demonstrations and a hard copy cooking book. Whilst there are several free cookbooks available online (I have saved these to ibooks) I can't search these for specific recipes and have to troll through the whole book to find a particular recipe. Being time poor I just tend to search for one online and if I cant find a NEFF recipe I adapt it to the steam oven. Surely a hard copy cookbook should be a standard reward for purchasing so many NEFF appliances?

Extreme frustration with NEFF customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have bought 2 Neff ovens and 1 Neff dishwasher through E&S Trading Essendon Fields. The Neff rep allowed one oven on special at a different time to the other orders to be honoured. This oven was on special at the time . E&S clarified this before I paid the deposit. Now the woman on the call centre [Name Removed] is refusing to give me this oven at the sale price. She told me the order didn't go through at all. My kitchen goes in , in 3 we...eks. I am so frustrated with NEFF . I am getting the blame from the woman at the call centre. Wish I had purchased a different brand with better customer liaison skills and one who keeps better communication between E&S and in this case Neff. I have and E&S have copies of the order. Will go to the manager at E&S tomorrow to contact NEFF management. Will post the outcome.

We have a Neff Induction cooktop only had it 2 weeks and was advised to have the magnetic wheel attached to the rangehood for safe keeping...Tonight i get it off the rangehood surface to find that the wheel is shattered I need to have this replaced is it under the guarantee for replacement. thanks
Should be under warranty unless it was dropped or misused. If I was Neff I would replace it rather than spend lots of time arguing the point and getting customers upset and then retaliating on social media. One pays enuff for the product anyway. Secret is to persist with your claim.
