The only thng I wish I could change in my new kitchen
This is the most expensive dishwaher I have ever owned and the most disappointing. I did my research on here and the Neff machines all had good reviews. But, I have to say, it has been a poor performer since the very first wash. Nothing below the cutlery tray is every properly dry no matter which cycle we use or how we stack the dishes. If I am going to have to dry my dishes every time I use the machine I might as well wash up in the sink...the dishes dry better left to air dry than in the dishwasher, even with the drying cycle on. And yes, th...e Rinse Aid dispenser is kept topped up. The inside of the door is dripping wet when the machine is opened and water constantly drips from the spray arm when you pull the racks out. We have had the service people out twice and they simply say they cannot find a problem. After the last technician made some adjustments to the settings there was a slight inmprovement in that flat items were drying better but not enough for me to feel that the bigger problem had been solved. Some of the cups and bowls still have dirty water in their curved bases at the end of a 3 hour 15 minute cycle, even when they are stacked on an angle, which never happened with these items in our previous Asko dishwasher. All the things I liked about it have been completely overridden by everything being constantly wet. After an 8 month wait for our beautiful new kitchen this machine was our only and biggest mistake.
