Cup leaked immediately – Filled up the cup the first time and it immediately started leaking from multiple points at the bottom. Not sure if it was the leak affecting a vacuum effect but the system also would only squirt enough to fill one side then stop instead of pushing through to the other side. Very uncomfortable holding the button down so long to even get to that point. Absolutely useless. Ended up tipping the contents into my Flo and using that instead Show details

breathing problems! And they tell the truth when they say: no burning or stinging! That's why I never did a sinus flush so far, because I was afraid of the burning sensation...

Only downside: you can't set it to use only a certain amount of the fluid. I just kept pushing the button and all of a sudden it was empty and I used double of the required amount (although I think I'll keep using the whole lot of 240ml per nostril because it's a very thorough flush).
