special, as goes through a box of 10 a day and so far every box dated best before 23rd January 2025, is horrible to drink. I have tried 1 box with different date today and still the same tasteless drink, even doing as directed on box.

Use to make a full cup 250ml, now says don't use boiling water and only half fill cup.

Please go back to old ingredients, as totally not enjoying to drink.and most goes down the drain.

The flavour is all wrong! – Something has changed! It's too sickly sweet and kinda watery. No full body flavour and no coffee flavour. Fix this! I won't be buying them while they taste like sugar water. And I've been drinking these for over 10 years. Show details

Taste gone – I've been drinking this nescafe caramel latte/ cappuccino sachets for years I used to like it but something has changed coffee taste like water no flavour of coffee and caramel not enjoyable anymore. I will be buying a different brand from now on. What a same. Show details

Little to no froth – My cup hardly frothed at all, and the caramel taste is somewhat artificial. Did not enjoy at all.

Tasteless, so disappointing – I have been buying this product for many years, my go to treat. last month I bought two 26 value packs both with the new outside packaging. watered them down.This change happened in conjuction with the design of the packet changing.I than went on to try the cappacino flavour only to find it too has been changed.I will not be buying them anymore as the taste I had grown to love is gone.I will be finding a new coffee for me.Stay clear of this product if you like a decent coffee!

Absolutely disgusting – I purchased my usual caramel latte in October 2020 and it's so bad I would rather drink my own urine. The taste of this coffee has been slowly removed by nescafe and it certainly would start a war in my eyes. It always has a very bitter chemical smell and taste to it. Recently changed, not creamy anymore – I recently purchased 4 boxes of the caramel latte sachets as I always do when they're half price, only to find they have changed the ingredients and are no longer creamy. think I'll return the unopened 3 boxes as their just not as good as they used to be. Why do manufacturing companies insist on changing products? Do they think we won't notice!

I will not buy it – I am not got to buy this anymore unless it goes back to the old one, it doesn't even taste like Caramel anymore if they change it I will but it again

Why change a good thing? – Recently changes to the Caramel Latte has made me stop buying it. For years I drank this coffee but since the new packaging the flavour also appears to have changed and now the taste is way to different. Sorry no good now, please Nescafe change it back to the old flavor.

Worst I Have Ever Tasted – Tipped out after first sip. Sampled again after a few weeks same result. Overpowering smell/taste of palm or coconut oil. Will not be purchasing Nescafe again.

Good – It's really nice coffee, not like the ones you buy where you need to put 5+ sugars because the coffee is burnt :)

enough of a hit to give me the afternoon pick-me-up I was after. The sweet caramel was an added treat for my afternoon sugar dip. Definitely recommend this for sweet-toothed caffeine lovers like myself.

The comfort drink I needed to ease the winter chills – These taste so incredible. Every cup i've had is so creamy! The hint of caramel you get makes these such a treat in the morning, while still giving you that kick we can often need. I wish i'd started drinking them sooner! I really recommend trying the Caramel Latte, but Vanilla Latte, Mocha & Cappuccino are all really delicious too!

Nice treat during the cold months – With winter well and truly here, this product is a nice little treat to warm you up. I keep these at work where i really need it and it gets me going during the afternoon. Tastes great, not too sweet but a little too frothy for my liking but nothing I can't see past. A good product and one I can see buying in the future.
