Great product bad design – This device does exactly what it is supposed to. Providing wired internet connection to a device ie. big to allow use of the other power outlet so we then couldn't plug in the Smart TV or a power board. The Netgear device is too wide. Also the other problem was after having to run an extension cord from a different power outlet to plug in the TV - the provided 2 Ethernet cables are so short that they wouldn't reach from the back of the TV sitting on a desk down to the Gigabit Ethernet port. Same at the modem end. The provided Ethernet cables are way too short for most applications. This then makes the device expensive as you need to buy longer cables.
