Ok it seems like some people have had a bad experience with NetworkRV Warranty at Epping Vic. Well things have changed massively for the better, with a recent changeover of personnel, my experience has been absolutely fantastic. I own a 21.6 rear club lounge van. It had some internal water damage due to a leaky bedroom window and also the rear… Read more

tail light on the drivers side became detached by about 5mm and allowed water into the interior wall in both cases causing bubbling on the internal wall panels.

I won't go into the detail but I also had water damage to the panel that the fridge sits on, due to faulty installation when new from the factory. The water also damaged the lower internal fascia panel below the fridge. This worked required the removal of the fridge and replacement of the damaged panels.

Michael and his small team consisting of Jaxxon and Mossey did a fantastic job. The extensive work was done in just over a week. They new I was paying for accommodation so completed the works for me asap. The best part part was the quality of workmanship, it was awesome. The attention to detail was 2nd to none and nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They even added extra support timbers under the fridge, the fitment was precise with neat trimming around the plumbing etc. These guys take pride in their workmanship and iit shows with the quality of the repairs they did on my van.

All this work was done in goodwill at no cost to me. When I found and reported the damage it was a few months after the warranty expired. I reported the damage last October but was travelling in WA so it was agreed it would be repaired in March this year when I was in Melbourne while I continued my travels in the meantime. So a huge shout out and to NetworkRV and the Warranty team.

Also, on top of the repairs they also completed some other jobs for me which I should have been billed for but wasn't. They installed a kitchen tap I supplied, put the sliding door back on its runner and had Thetford check the fridge for 12 volt operation.

Thanks to NetworkRV, Michael and your team for a great result it is much appreciated.

Cheers Wayne

Please do your research before purchasing a Victory caravan from Fair Dinkum Norths Lakes. We have had our van for less than a year and already have major water damage on the front of the van also not to mention the electrical inlet has melted while we were using the van. We have young children and to think if a fire had started is just… Read more

terrifying. As for trying to get repairs done that’s another story all together. The communication is shocking takes days to weeks to get reply’s. We took the van to North Lakes to get the water damage assessed and he just resealed where he thought the leak was coming from and booked us in for March 2026 to have it repaired, this was before the electrical problem so when that happened I finally opted to get a quote from a caravan repair place closer to home as my husband works full time and he doesn’t have time to keep going back and forth with the van up to North Lakes during the week just to get it looked at. We received the quote for both the water damage and electrical inlet about 2 weeks ago which I thought was a reasonable price but no Fair Dinkum have come back and said they are only happy to pay for the electrical inlet to be done and the water damage has to be repaired by a Network RV retailer which won’t be until March. I can only imagine how much worse the damage will be by then. I can’t even enjoy my brand new caravan.

Update: I’m at my wits end following my previous post I opened up my tunnel boot and the water damage has gotten worse. I’m totally being ignored by Fair Dinkum North Lakes and Network RV in Victoria. I’m really concerned about the van not being structurally sound to tow and mould growing. How can it be acceptable to leave the van like this until March for things to get worse???

We purchased a Victory 23 caravan from Fairdinkum Caravans (Mango Hill) in March 2024. The caravan has a persistent defect: - the main entry door cannot be locked from the inside, making it unsafe and unfit for normal use. - window screws falling out (very loose fit, will continue to be an issue). - water leaks (have since been repaired). -… Read more

Microwave oven cupboard has been stressed out of shape. - the ceiling has a strange bulge in the ceiling. - they installed a diesel heater for us and the pump was located under the bed (since been resolved). - we were advised to not place to much pressure on the rear stabilising feet of the van to reduce the stress on the chassis. This still remains an issue as we're unable to lock the door once inside the van - refer attached video.

Since purchase, the caravan has been returned for repairs at least four times, and the issue remains unresolved despite multiple repair attempts and service inspections.

We have attempted to work directly with both the dealer and manufacturer, including formal written complaints and phone discussions, but the fault persists. The caravan has been effectively unusable for its intended purpose, and we have also incurred additional costs and purchasing a new tow vehicle capable of safely towing it.

We are continuing to seek a resolution with Fairdinkum Caravans Mango Hill and directly with Network RV - not had a response as yet and our next avenue will be under the Australian Consumer Law. We are hopeful that the manufacturer and dealer take this issue seriously for the safety and satisfaction of future customers.

Facts here not exaggerating to make a story sound good. We really like the van We have a Tuff Terrain rear club My wife was in tears with all the money we paid and then the problems we had. Lucky I'm handy fixing things. Wiring issues in several places EVERY WINDOW in the caravan surround and blinds had to remove as 2/3rds not exaggerating of the… Read more

brackets holding the windows in were not tightened in the build at 1,300km I had to do this. All the screws holding the blinds were coming out due to loose brackets behind many, many owners have had this problem. ESC not one cable tie, not one wires just floating. Wires going through chassis no conduit over the wires on sharp edges. TV Aerial not connected fixed under warranty at service but dome aerial is hopeless ( get the old style) Told ceramic coating was done. But it wasn't done, returned it to be done. (That was dealer) Roof leaking still ongoing. Plumbing drainage hopeless. I redone it all fixed now. Microwave fell out never been on a dirt road. Saddle Clamps on hoses under van one screw instead of 2 on several Clamps. Van must have 20 plus tubes of Silicone its everywhere to cover dodgy work. Wherever there is wiring it looks like tangled fishing line. Fridge wiring too big for 12 pin plug so they shave it thin to fit. I put it into an Anderson so it's fixed. It just goes on our van is 12 months old. Everything .is due to workmanship not materials. If your handy then you can fix all these things. It seems vans out the door is the main objective in Melbourne no quality control. We haven't had any major yet, I can see a new ceiling coming with this water leak. They said go get a private repairer to fix the roof leak but no one wants to touch it because NRV won't pay thier invoices. We bought from NSW dealer although we have had problems there they come through eventually. This review is about the manufacturing build by NRV in Melbourne.

travels and nearly all Network owners we spoke with love their vans too ! maybe the quality control systems are not as good now as they were back when we purchased ours ? I do unfortunately agree with other reviewers that Caravan HQ in Yatla QLD are not that great ! I rate their service below satisfactory won’t go into detail but believe the poor after sales support from Caravan HQ should not reflect on the Network Caravan if you want a Network buy it from someone else

Excellent value for money – Can’t fault our 22ft van. It has everything we need and more. Very comfortable. A couple of very minor issues covered by warranty. Friends bought a better known more expensive brand at the same time and have had more issues than we have. Show details

Lousy after sales tech service – I rang tech service to inquire about a problem with the water inlet pressure on my new caravan. The tech service representative was rude, did not listen to my query. He said 'get a plumber!' and hung up. I went to a Jayco dealer who helped me out and solved the problem.Be very aware of buying this company's products if you need after sales service Show details

If I could rate it less I would – I have held off on posting anything on here but I’m getting ticked off with the lack of communication by caravan HQ. This is our lemon Network RV Caravan. Christmas Day the whole roof and windows leaked. I’ve asked for our money back or a complete replacement van to the same spec but have been declined. We are out of pocket over 100k. This is our… Read more

first ever van and we have been left absolutely gutted. So anyone wanting to purchase a van I’d steer clear of caravan HQ and network RV. I’ll keep spreading the word until they come to the party. Our van has been sitting down at caravan HQ waiting for work to be started since January with no end date in sight we’ve had to purchase other accommodation etc.. absolute JOKE our van is a network RV 22ft triple bunk all I want is our money back we’ve only used the van twice.. also caravan HQ have blocked me from there Facebook page as I commented on a post because no one would respond to me

Really poor quality – Everything is starting to fall apart after 3 trips, really disappointed after waiting for so long our van. There is no way I would go back with this company even for half the price.
