Very unreliable customer service. Product stopped working after 4 months. Show details
The pod is good but the customer service is terrible. After ordering the pod, I got a thank you email with a discount code for a future product. I soon attempted to order some cleaning tablets for the pod but he code didn't work. I contacted via email and eventually my order went through. 5 days after ordering, I still hadn't received notification… Read more
that the order had been processed. So I contacted again, requesting an update. Two days after that, I got an email stating my 'refund' had been processed. I didn't want a refund; I wanted an update on the products. So I again contacted via email AND via their contact form on the site requesting an answer as to why my order was cancelled and, if the items were no longer available, then what would be a suitable alternative to use in the pod. Nothing. No response. So I ended up purchasing a very similar cleaning tablet from Neva's key competitor, Zema. They cost the same (actually a bit less, but not by much), and I got an instant notification of my purchase and an update on the processing of my order, as well as delivery status - and they were delivered within days of the order. Neva don't have a phone number - you can only use their contact form to get in touch, or reply to their email that is sent when you first make the purchase - but these emails seem to be ignored. It's really poor customer service - I just wanted an order update but instead the order got cancelled with no explanation and no response to my queries. When the pod no longer works, I will purchase from Zema as they seem to know what they are doing.

could go back in time, I would have bought from them originally - its quality and durability are far superior at a lower price.
Came with a free packet of sterilising tablets which was a huge plus (and suprise)!
Really happy. Was hesitant initially. Works well. Gave me free tablets. using the pod 5 times (2 times i used the free tablets they gave) i noticed a good difference. I even asked my dentist if this product is any good and he said that the germs build up on the plastic and can cause holes or gum issues. So even if stains aren't removed, you're helping control your oral hygiene by killing the bugs...
I’m glad I’m using something that properly cleans them. I took photos and a couple of videos for you guys. Before and after 5 minute cycle.
Honest company & effective product – I first heard about this type of product from my dentist. doesn’t use aggressive or misleading advertising like that. Realistically, nothing can make a three-year-old retainer look exactly like it did on day one and this company doesnt try to convince you that either. That said, this product works and while it doesn’t "restore" your retainer (like some brands want you to believe.....), it does the trick, and I appreciate the honesty.
I was also really impressed with the shipping as it arrived super fast, and the customer service was professional and responsive when I had questions.
Happier with my Neva sonic pod versus Zima dental pod – I originally was using the zima dental pod and bought it due to the advertising I saw of the product…... neva sonic pod. The neva product was a far more accessible option regarding price and works the same, if not better than the zima product. It is a lot quieter, does not feel like a piece of plastic and the tank can actually fit my mouthguard. Overall I am happy with this company and there transparent advertising methods, and the product itself.
