Had no issues at all with buying used cars from dealership, very easy process and reasonable pricing. However the service department different story altogether. Booked in our MG for a service plus a couple of problems to be looked at. Stated issue at time of making booking and again when dropping car off. Get them to show you what they write down. Had an acceleration problem but was booked as brake issue. Secretary with no mechanical idea? So MG would have got a bill for looking at a non existent problem under warranty. So problem still exists.

service department terrible got there at 4.30pm to pick up my MG that they had since 8.00am not ready there were about 8 people waiting at the time, then she comes tells me about a fog light asking if they can replace I told them to replace it when I dropped off the car, then wait again when they finally tell me the car is ready they tell me I need a battery and they don't have one so they had to jump start me so I could drive home just shocking no communication.

Time wasting rip offs – Booked online service, heard NOTHING for a week until I emailed, then they book me in for 930 without communication to say it's a 6 hr block when the service is done, I ring at 1pm to be told not started yet, this is after I'm walking the shops for 4 hours killing time, then the rude piece [name removed] tried to make out it's the customers fault by saying it was written on the form I signed, this form she speaks of looks like the mechanics checklist, so who reads this? I said well you should tell us this, she then Huff's while on pH and I say don't huff at me then she hangs up on me, wow! This is supposed to be a professional representative of someone's business, I tell her don't worry I will get my car and go elsewhere, oh all of a sudden she rings 2 min later saying it's halfway done, what a load of crap she just didn't want to lose $, all of a sudden my car is done in an HR, which is approx the standard time, pfft, then on top of this they overcharge me, I have $200 capped price, silly woman wouldn't have it, never again will I step foot in that door
