poor customer service support – when called for warranty i was told by custmer support full detailed report receipts then they will consider sending someone would not recommend at all buy any brand except newworld wast of money

cooks beautifully – it is a fan forced oven cooks evenly and quickly, looks super cool it needs a drawer placed under it as the door is very close to floor ok for me im short but hubby has a hard time reaching down to get things out so i bought a drawer and this helps This oven needs to be attached to wall didnt expect that really miss having a timer  Show details ·  1

Hot plates are shutting down – This oven started life with us just over a year ago & we were very happy with our new purchase. will be buying a gas oven very soon, even though it means we will have to bring gas bottles to our house. This oven is a DUD!

Buyer beware! – - 5 months into this oven's life the glass cooktop shattered (for no apparent reason), when only the oven was in use. - Dealing with the manufacturer has been a nightmare, as they refuse to send a technician to assess the oven's safety & only want us to pay for replacement glass (despite their product warranty). Happy with oven – I bought this oven in Nov 2015 after my very old oven died. Really wanted an oven with separate grill (not as easy to find as you would think!) Had settled on a Westinghouse, but after further inspection, the Westinghouse was the wrong size! Glad I found the Newworld! Happy with it so far. Was reasonably priced. Looks good although is very basic, is very easy to use! Only negatives would be there is no timer or clock.
