So disappointed in the attitude of the Operations Manager at #newspotMotors. We purchased a LDV T60 in late 2023. In December 2025 CMI Toyota were going to purchase the vehicle until they did an inspection and found Chassis rust. They no longer would purchase the vehicle. We have tried to deal with the Operations Manager at Newspot Motors but got… Read more

nowhere. LDV have a buy back scheme for these vehicles with rusted chassis but the Operations Manager won’t work with us. We have a LEMON of a vehicle that we don’t need but can’t sell. #NewspotMotors #Newspotdontfixlemons #LDVbuyback

I had my vehicle serviced at Newspot/Hampstead Gardens MG and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The oil filter wasn’t fitted properly, which caused a significant oil leak all over my driveway. This wasn’t a minor oversight — it was basic workmanship that should never have been missed. What made the situation worse was the… Read more

after‑service response. Communication was slow, dismissive, and lacked any real accountability. Instead of taking ownership, the process dragged on with little urgency or care for the inconvenience and damage caused. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Newspot/Hampstead Gardens MG to anyone. If you value proper workmanship and professional customer service, look elsewhere.

Recently bought my Kia at Newspot Motors, Salisbury Park. From purchase to delivery the sales person Mikayla made the process so easy and a pleasure. Thank you.

Poor service – I purchased my new 2016 Kia Sportage from Newspot motors and the vehicle has performed quite well and has been relatively reliable. I've had few minor warranty repairs. My issue is with the service department. I've been let down a few times with warranty repairs. The first was a faulty seat belt sensor which incorrectly detected someone in the… Read more

rear seat. I was advised the faulty item would have to be ordered and I would be notified when the part arrived. Quite some time (months) passed and I followed it up. I was driving past the service department and dropped in and was told there was no record of the order being placed so it was reordered again. Again some time passed and I phoned to see if there was any progress. I was told there was no record of the order. The blame game started. The parts department can't be relied on. Eventually, after many months the part arrived. Next was a dash sensor warning light. I was told it was faulty and would have to be ordered. Same as previously months went by and nothing happened. It was then I introduced myself to the Service Manager. It was only then that I saw any progress. Now my car is out of warranty and the oil warning dash light is randomly on whilst driving. I contacted Newspot motors and asked if someone could have a look. Sorry, we're busy but I can book you in a month from now. It was recommended i do not drive the car until it is looked at. I accepted the booking and asked if someone cancelled could they call me as I'm available at very short notice. No, sorry we don't do our bookings like that. I rang around and spoke to a Kia dealer who I had never previously dealt with. They could not believe the situation and although today is Friday they would find time to inspect my vehicle on Monday at 9am. I am currently considering purchasing a new Sportage. Guess where I won't be going !!
