If you’re a solar installer, electrician or trade assistant; avoid working for this company at all costs. I am yet to be paid for x4 installations completed in march this year in rural Western Australia. I have heard multiple excuses from them as to why I haven’t been paid, none of which are legitimate. I left my young family at home for a week in the hopes of it actually being a financially viable decision, only to be left with large debts with my wholesalers as well as being 10 steps behind with my business growth. A multitude of emails have been sent directly to the company director ([Name Removed]) to try and resolve this issue; no reply.
If you’re a home owner looking to get new solar or replace your existing system; I strongly recommend doing your research before signing anything.
To the Nexa team: I will not relent until you make this right.

They promised me a reduced bills but my power bills are more. I was bought from Nexa because of the 'back to base' monitoring, but I am not getting any feedback and have felt battery not working for a while. House takes power from gird as soon as sun goes down instead of from batteries.
The installers look old inverters from my property without asking, this is larceny and I have filed a police report. I had to travel back to my property to finalise the configuration of the system so I can review remotely, I was promised that the installers would do this, I gave the sales person wifi password and access to the house.
Follow-up · I got ripped off my a previous seller so this perpetuates my distrust. Having a good seller and good experience is a roll of the dice, I got crap experience twice. The installers did nothing but took property from my house without my authority. The seller have done nothing except displace responsibility. I am left with no solution but to escalate the matter to the courts.

UNIMPRESSED – Unfortunately we were very unimpressd with the level of service we received while the installation was quite quick the job was quick but a little sloppy the installers seemed very focused on getting out of here in a hurry. Subsequently we have been advised that the inverter is wired incorrectly and when we approached the company we were met with not very much to be honest. Just told to get our own electrician or wait until middle of January. Subsequently we got our own electrician who was unable to help us. We revisited the company with this information and are still waiting for a callback. While I know that at Christmas its hard to get anything done, a simple phone call or explanation is not too much to expect as I am absolutely certain that had my financial obligations been found wanting contact would have been less difficult. I could not recommend Nexa in good conscience to anyone else. I am hoping that these things will rectified I just hope that it will be a my expense.
GREAT EXPERIENCE – We had an awesome experience with Nexa very professional and quick installation thanks heaps guys. I would recommend Nexa Solar to anyone who is looking for Solar and wants a quality install and great customer service.
