The WORST real estate we ever had to deal with. 7 years of neglect, not fixing pressing issues. Really unprofessional on the phone and over e mail. At one point they even had us pay for a plumbers invoice. Would never recommend. Run for your life or they will ruin yours!!!!

Severe Mismanagement and No Accountability – Not Recommended I used Nexus Property for 5 years (2019–2024), and it was a deeply disappointing experience. During this entire period, they never performed their full responsibilities, just conducting any occasional conditional or exit inspections. No landlord insurances were purchased on behalf of owners, no strata reports were sent out to the owners, no signed tenants’ agreements were sent back to owners. Owner’s authority was obtained through a misleading way but was used in inappropriate and unethical ways. This resulted in long-term unsafe and illegal issues that went undetected for years.

Worse still, my property manager, [Name Removed], recommended and coordinated a major renovation using an unlicensed builder, without telling me. She submitted false information to Strata, misled me about the builder’s qualifications, and the result was poor, unsafe work that caused serious damage to my home.

Despite my formal complaint and solid evidence, Nexus has refused to take any responsibility. They ignored their duty of care and allowed all of this to happen under their watch.

I strongly advise others to avoid Nexus Property. Their lack of accountability and oversight has caused me enormous financial and emotional stress. They are not fit to manage your property.

Fantastic service from Nexus Property Services - 8 years association with them – I have found Jo to be fanastically responsive, my tenants have been really happy. I have no hesitation in recommending Jo and Nexus to anyone wanting a great landlord/tenant experience. Any time the tenant has an issue it is dealt with efficiently and resolved.

Property managers are not friendly & causing nuisance to tenants – Property managers are not friendly and are really annoying. Trying to make money by taking advantage of pandemic situation. No satisfactory service provided and causing nuisance to tenants. I will not recommend this agency to anyone.

Horrid experience – No property management done. They just wanted fees for very little service. Unfortunately they make a very bad name for other real estate agents in the industry. Be very wary of this operation.
