Owned this blender for 6 months and used it less than 30 times. While making a frozen drink with milk, ice cream, and chocolate powder it started smoking and emitting a burning smell. I shut it off and submitted a service request to Ninja Australia. A week later after no reply, I sent a follow-up. And still waiting to hear back. So my experience… Read more

has been poor reliability, followed by poor after-sales service.

Recommend avoiding this blender. And I am also put off purchasing any other Ninja products since customer service seems severely lacking.

call and got the email. Sent third contact with power cord cut, no response. Called again for the forth time and they said they got the email then will process the order. No response for a week, then called once again, they said "We are experiencing high volume and very busy. Also you are not the only customer" for my question why the replacement order wasn't processed. They said the call was recorded so I am not making this up.

Had they said there would be so many delays, I wouldn't have cut the power cord straight away and wasted a week waiting like an id*ot. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY unless you have all the time in the world to call them for anything but it will be on you at the every step of the way

This is about the company, not their kitchen appliances, which are no doubt covered elsewhere on here. I am finding it very difficult to deal with their relentless unwanted texts, which arrive at all hours of the day or night. their website the only customer profile field which cannot be changed or edited, is your phone number. I have requested that my information be removed from their records, but have received no reply. I have therefore taken to forwarding these spam messages to ACMA, whose phone number to report unwanted text spam is +61429999888 and I intend to make a formal written complaint. You might want to bear this in mind before purchasing anything online from this organisation, which requires you to hand over your phone number.

If I could give zero stars, I would. While the product itself is great when purchased through reputable retailers, I strongly advise against buying directly from Ninja. My experience with their customer service was appalling — they took my money, misrepresented shipping details both verbally and via email, and failed to deliver on their promises.… Read more

Worse still, they attempted to gaslight me by claiming a replacement had been issued, seemingly as a tactic to drag out the process beyond the 30-day return window and avoid responsibility.

Save yourself the frustration and purchase from trusted retailers like The Good Guys or JB Hi-Fi instead of dealing directly with Ninja.
