contacted Noa and requested for the return, and also requested to cancel the King Single (which hadn't been delivered yet) as we decided to change this to a Lite version. The lady we spoke to advised that we could return the Queen as per the 120 night trial, and could also return the unused King Single. As the King Single had been despatched during the trial of the Queen, they couldn't cancel the delivery, however they advised we could contact them to arrange the return as soon as it arrived. I triple checked with the lady, and she confirmed there would be no charges. When the King Single arrived, the box was heavily damaged. We advised Noa that we refused the delivery and wanted to continue with the return of the Queen & the King Single. They advised the Queen could be returned, but not the King Single. After 10+ phone calls and multiple emails, the agents finally listened to the recordings and confirmed that we had been incorrectly advised that we could return both. Despite being misled, they initially refused to accept a return on the end mattress, and then finally offered to provide a refund less a 15% restocking fee on the King Single. Based on the experience we've had, we're not going to be buying a Noa mattress again.

If you sleep on your stomach, buy this mattress! – Lifelong stomach sleeper here. Could never find the right support. This mattress has cured all my shoulder & neck problems. I wasn’t sure at first because a lot of reviews said it was too firm (they must’ve been side sleepers). If you mostly sleep on your stomach (or back) this is the bed for you. Show details ·  1

Its a great mattress and with option of trial nights, it is awesome! – We have bought 2 Noa Lite Queen mattress now and they are very comfortable for us. When we bought our first one we were skeptical but it has 120 nights free trial hence we gave it a go. It worked out well. We don't have any back issues but we prefer firm mattress and Noa Lite is good for it. Got used to it almost immediately. One of our mattress is now over 1 year in use and no issues until now. Fantastic Product – The mattress is great. This is my first mattress in a box so I was a bit sceptical. It is as described, firm but comfortable. I have found better sleep and since sleeping on it my back is much better. Delivered on time without fuss. Show details ·  1

Good for what you pay for - noa lite – Delivery was a hassle. Once we got the mattress, it took me some time to adjust to it but I now have no issues and like the firmness level. So far, it seems durable but it will be interesting to see how long it lasts considering the low price. Show details ·  1

The mattress unrolled easily and quickly inflated. Compared to another mattress in a box I'd purchased 3 years earlier, there was very little smell, which was a plus! The mattress itself is on the firmer side, and is best suited for side sleepers. It also felt cool and easy to sleep on, and my favourite thing about the Noa is the edge support it offers, which isn't something you usually find in a mattress in a box. The Noa also seems to be made of premium materials.

Overall, I'm happy with the bed, and have recommended it to a friend who also loves it!

I felt like I am sleeping in a hotel room bed! Would highly recommend - especially for those who have bad back issues it has definitely helped me.

Great value mattress – Purchased for the spare bedroom and have slept on the mattress for a few nights to try it out. I've found that it's a very supportive and comfortable mattress (without being too firm) at a great price. Quality all around – When first delivered I was surprised that the mattress was rolled up in an air tight wrap inside a box, but as soon as I opened it the mattress sprung into shape. Comfortable, firm and good value for money – I purchased my first Noa mattress and was anticipating that the mattress would be back in stock at the very end of January.
