Beyond absurdly poor – Second all the other comments. Frame sagged immediately with the headboard on and cracked the frame. Noa refused any thought of a design flaw or poor manufacturing quality and offered a partial refund on the headboard stating I assembled it incorrectly (I work as a carpenter but they would have no bar of a notion that I was competent in following… Read more

their admittedly confusing and poor instructions). The amount offered obviously went nowhere near towards the cost of replacing the bed frame and headboard. We have had to live with the damn thing as we couldn’t afford to fork out for another bed and just throw this piece of junk in the bin.

Low and behold 2 years later one of the legs has clean snapped off whilst my wife was adjusting her position whilst breastfeeding! For reference the combined weight of myself, wife and baby is less than 140kgs

It’s been a ticking time bomb and honestly surprised it lasted as long as it did.

Worst Bed Frame I’ve Bought – Delivery took 2-3 months with no communication from Noa - parts of the bed frame arrived separately, about a month apart. No worries, at least it arrived. Assembly was infuriating. Instructions were insufficient, vague, and materials provided are inadequate. Bolts are soft, meaning the thread is stripped as soon as you start trying to screw them… Read more

in. Assembly alone took 3-4 hours with 2 people - having assembled all the furniture in our home with absolutely no issues, this stands out to me as a glaring manufacturing issue.

Almost immediately the bed legs started wobbling, so we tightened the bolts (don’t use a drill, the instructions state, but the bolts don’t tighten enough), with absolutely no success. Now less than 18 months on, the entire bed frame has collapsed on one end.

It’s apparent that Noa take no responsibility for the clear faulty manufacturing of this bed frame and instead place blame on the consumer (colour me surprised). I fail to see how these identical complaints could all conveniently be user error, but okay. My partner and I properly assembled the bed using Noa’s (insufficient but provided) instructions, have not dragged the bed around, have it on stable level flooring, with a Noa mattress on top. We only use the bed to sleep, and our combined weight is barely 110kg. The fact that the legs have entirely given out after less than two years is unacceptable.

On the note of Noa’s customer service: in what world does a bed frame need to be “recalibrated” over such a short span of time? In another review, a purchaser mentions doing this weekly. In all my life, I have never had to adjust a bed frame, tighten screws, anything, after assembly. Even IKEA bed frames are built better than this. Further to that, I’ve never in my life had to replace a bed frame due to it breaking, much less within 2 years of purchase. This is a very disappointing first.

Do not purchase from this company. Spend a little more and buy something locally.

Terrible – Just confirming what other reviews are saying- really poorly manufactured, legs don’t sit flush, slats are very cheap and overall construction means bed is incredibly squeaky and not stable! Stay away. Show details

Worst bed frame ever – I'm posting this review to warn anyone else thinking of getting this bed. This bed frame is functionally terrible even though it looks good. It has been the bane of my existence for the last two years and I am finally getting rid of it - good riddance. Although, It looks good and is made with nice timber finishes. The legs are flimsy and… Read more

unsupportive - the bolts that attach the legs bent on the first day of use with the slightest movement. The bolts they provide are bad quality and became rounded just by screwing them in. The legs are squeaky and wobbly, we have to take off the mattress and tighten them once a week to stop the bed wobbling and squeaking.

If you purchase the bed head, it is disproportionately heavy compared to the structural capacity of the bed frame.

If anyone saw how flimsy the legs and slats are in a show room nobody would ever buy this bed. This frame is a total waste of money and has caused nothing but problems including back pain and bad sleep. It also is a pain to assemble, it took around 3 hours and the end result is not worth it.

Terrible product, awful customer service – After waiting a month for the bed to arrive and minimal contact or replies from Noa, we assembled the product and were happy with the look however noticed that the legs wobbled when you sat on or got into bed. We contacted Noa about the problem and sent them a video of the legs clearly wobbling underneath. Instead of offering a refund for the… Read more

poor quality product, they said that the problem had been with our assembly rather than a manufacturer's defect. Reading these comments it becomes apparent that the problem lies with the manufacturing rather than our assembly. They then said they would send us one new leg, however the problem lies with every bed leg.. since the issue is with the whole frame. I would recommend no one to buy this bed or shop with Noa at all!

Poorly designed product & poor customer service – The Noa Sunset bed frame, while an aesthetic product, does not deliver as described. Parts were delivered scratched, with dents & splits in the bed slats. I was never updated on the delivery. The construction was onerous and took 4-5 hours. The screws supplied are a soft metal and wear out before you can even finish tightening them. The legs do… Read more

not sit stably. The legs on my frame started to slant and give way as soon as I moved the bed closer to the wall. Customer service were unhelpful, insinuating it was due to my poor assembly. No option for returning or refund. Their only offer was to re-deliver faulty parts. Avoid this product at all costs. Noa should stick to what they do best... mattresses only!

Very creaky, bad mattress support, hard to assemble – Bought this bed frame 9 months ago in the king size. While it looks very nice, it has many issues and isn't correctly designed for the job it's trying to solve. - Bad support for a king mattress. Slats sag more than they should so it feels like the bed dips. - Slats spaced too far apart. They're spaced more than their spec sheet says, so again… Read more

provide less support for the mattress. - Creaky legs. After a few months the legs start creaking. Any slight movement gives a bunch of creaking noise. Support just told us it was an issue with ours and said to retighten the legs. Did that and only lasts for a month until it happens again. - Very hard to put together. Took about 3 - 4 hours with two people.

Support were ultimately very unhelpful and wouldn't provide a refund, just telling us that all beds are independently certified and that it's only ours that has issues. Steer clear!!

If you like a bed that creaks- buy the Noa Sunset Frame! – The Noa Sunset bed looks quite beautiful- but that's really where it ends. The set up of the Sunset Frame wasn't exactly the easiest. The manufacuturers, for example, did not have the end users in mind especially when it comes to tightening screws. It was awkard and a painful process overall. When you eventually set the Sunset Frame up, prepare… Read more

to be further disappointed. The bed creaks whenever I move (even slightly). This heavily disrupted our sleep. When you get in touch with Noa, they will ask you to send them pictures and videos of the issue (this was promising as I thought they would be rectifying the issue). Instead, [Name Removed] (Noa Rep), then simply sent me the instructional manual (which I already have) and asked me to tighten the screws. Noa's after purchase care (while quick), was poor in quality and devoid of actual remedy.

Towards the end of this, Noa offered me a 30% refund. They were unable to fix the problem- which shows the overall poor quality of the build. Avoid their bed frames (I have also returned their mattress as it was causing me backache).

Long delivery, poor quality bed frame but easy customer service and prompt action taken – Bed frame was faulty- Noa issued me a full refund. Took 2 months for my bead frame to arrive (ordered 12/12/20 arrived 03/02/21). Noa were apologetic and responsive but ultimately blamed the 3rd party logistics. The set up is long and arduous for two people and I found that the provided nuts and bolts were too soft to tighten the frame up… Read more

sufficiently. As a result my bedhead was sagging away from the bed frame. As I was dragging the frame one way and another to try and fix the beadhead a leg collapsed (held in with a single screw...). I was really upset and asked Noa for a refund.

Credit to them, Maggie H contacted me via Product Review immediately and after a few messages gave me a full refund for the bed frame and has also let me keep it free of charge.

So don't drag the frame- the legs collapse under the weight. Your screws apparently wont be as rubbish as mine so the bed head shouldnt sag- but if they do, the customer service is prompt and responsive.

Steer clear of Noa Bed frames – Bought Sunset bed - King 19 mths ago (and mattress). Frame has been a terrible experience, virtually impossible for just 2 people to put together (to 2-3 people 3-4 hrs). Went squeaky after 6-7mths. Contacted Noa - they had never heard of that before, must be how it was 'installed'. So had to tightened screws every 1-2 mths. Fast forward another… Read more

12mths, a leg has buckled. Our combined weight (with occasional 6 year old) 190kgs. Warranty, might be 15 years for mattress but only 12 mths for frame. To summarise DO NOT buy bed frames from NOA and mattress, you get what you pay for plus convenience. Back to bed stores for me.
