Awesome product with the best service – I bought 3 Nobos in 2004. All still working perfectly with lovely warmth and low cost to run. I followed the advice to turn the thermostat down before turning on and waiting 5 minutes before turning up to allow a 'warm-up time' one of my large panels stopped working properly and I took it to Tom's.the company chose to replace it with a new one at no cost to me. Love the heaters and love the service.
