calls won't connect, people say they've called and there is no record of it, the back falls off all the time, the sound 'quality' is shockingly bad, totally unreliable and without any value for money

love the slide action. It cost me prepaid $129 which I think is great value, from a One Zero shop.I have always been happy with Nokias (this is my fourth) and thoroughly recommmend this phone. I am very happy with phone. I like everything about it and really, have no complaints. Hopefully the keypad won't get any smaller - I need to keep my nails short for easier use of the keypad.
