Excellent – Great phone with so many usefull features. Well priced. Feels better in the hand (more ergonomic) than other phones (especially those from Sony or Motorolla). The display is ver clear and easy to read and use. The buttons are soft to touch which makes texting a joy - which i do more than make actual phone calls these days. Its a tri-band phone so i can take this phone with me all over the world and know i can still contact my family and friends. A feature packed phone that feels comfortable in your hand. Very straightforward design and function. Its a Nokia so you know there are after market accessories of all sorts for this phone.

Bad – This phone is great for what it is, if i didn't have the drop out issues only i seem to get, as other people in my dept have the same phone and they dont have drop out issues and didn't have to replace the main board inside i could live with having small buttons quite happily. Bluetooth is what i was after when i bought this phone, i bought a bluetooth ear piece and it does everything i want it too. If you dont care about having FM radio and a camera then this maybe the phone for you! The phone has Bluetooth, which is a bonus considering it is very basic phone which doesn't have other more common features you find in phones these days. Tri Band is useful if you travel abroad and eventhough it is a base model phone it has many little features which would keep the basic user happy. Battery life is sufficient and a color screen is great to look at pictures also. No FM radio and no Camera. I have had a few problems with the phone which required the main board inside to be changed. Even now i get a lot of drop outs and sometimes calls get diverted to message bank eventhough it shows i have reasonable signal strength. For someone like me who has big size fingers the buttons can be be a little small and you find yourself pressing the wrong button when texting. The 128 X 128 screen is also on the small side, but if it were any bigger then the buttons would have to be smaller....
