The worst Nokia I have ever had – I upgraded to this model because the previous Navigator was a great phone & this one came with a car cradle & charger. What a mistake, it switches off whenever it wants, the navigation device is rather hopeless, all over a big disappointment. I don't like anything about it & can't wait to get another phone. Turns off when someone calls or I put it down, speaker is hopeless, sometimes goes silent, very buggy phone.

Good – I love this phone. The GPS is simple to use, but it won't get you to a street nmumber unlike the model before it. I it light weight, easy to use and hasn't failed me yet. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want a phone to high Tech. Great! I love this phone. It is modern but easy to use. I love that it has GPS (cost free) which is why I got it. Very slow to open the calendar and the first one I got was faulty by the replacement has never let me down.

Terrible – I have this phone because it's part of my workplace plan with 3 mobile. All of us agree that the speaker phone is terrible, basically unuseable. People at the other end complain that they can't hear or understand you, or that you sound like you're in a tunnel. The keys are hard to push and takes quite a bit of getting used to. No joke about the RSI! I have had to get this phone reapired by nokia twice because the reception drops out or the phone randomly turns off. Sometimes the screen appears upside down. I would not buy this phone.

The speaker phone is the worst I have ever had on a mobile phone. The keys are difficult to use and give you RSI after sending a few texts.

Bad – I had a software problem with my new navigator, and was not happy with the service from my local 3 dealer where I bought the phone. Eventually the problem was fixed. The phone itself works well now, and the Navigation is very very fussy about how you enter streets. Even when they are entered correctly the navigator will say "No such address" Very frustrating. Its handy to have a Phone as a navigator, because its always with you... but due to the ongoing cost its better to buy a proper navigator and be done with it. Navigation Have to pay quite a substantial fee for the navigation after 6 months

I've think this smartphone is excellent! Maybe I got a good stock or something, because I never had ANY problems with it. It's perfect. Just what I wanted!
