Good – Excellant for a middle age user like myself. At the moment the cameras out there are getting too techo for me. My 6220 will do the job for me just nicely. This is a good phone which is easy to use, has a good camera, music player and mem card capability as well This was given to me when my son upgraded and I aint gonna replace it just yet. The… Read more

Carl Weis lens, Xenon Flash and 5MP camera is excellent. Takes some good shots which is really on par with an average priced digital camera. Im not a phone fanatic and the less techo it is to use for me the better. Cracked the screen at worked and paid $100-00 to get repaired as opposed to buying another phone Im no speed texter but the smooth key pad makes it difficult to text without looking, especially if ya got fat fingers like me. Read the comments on the GPS. I only play around with it as I dont trust the things anyway.

Good – I'm giving this 4 stars based on the fact that the price point is very low. The features you get for the money make it an excellent purchase. The highlight is the 5mp camera which takes excellent photos and even does some watchable video. It's nicely styled and overall it is very useable. As previously mentioned the GPS functionality leaves a… Read more

lot to be desired. I tried to use it for in car navigation a couple of times but it often took a long time to get a signal and was slow to update. Decent feature set, excellent camera GPS is a joke really. The feature is there but it's unreliable

OK – A very good phone for the person who wants a multi-purpose phone that doesn't specialise in any one area. Has a lot of strong points, but negative points do weigh heavily against it if you are deciding to get this phone. It's hard to unlock this phone, and you have to look as you are texting on this phone as the buttons aren't user friendly. Good… Read more

camera, easy to use, navigation can be useful Movie player doesn't support many formats, it stalls a lot, GPS keeps losing signal and cost a lot to use, battery life can be short, camera hard to focus

Good – A great phone. A bit of a leap from my old 3200, so I was very impressed with the different features like video recording, high resolution photos and GPS. Music player is good too, being able to chuck mp3s on it and listen to them while you work. However, I bought a protective case for it but that broke while it was in my pocket. So I bought a… Read more

leather one and that caused the LCD screen in the phone to crask while I was clipping it on things (the case had a clip at the back). Cost over $100 to fix.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Large 320x200 screen, 5mp camera with xenon flash, video, flash player, menu effects, customisable themes, comes with data cables, head set etc, search function, clear talking sound, holds up to 8 Gig, text message reader, voice activated search bottom buttons too hard to press, impossible to text without looking. cant press more than 1 button at once, gps navigation costs money, not NextG, clicky plastic buttons, saves things all over the place with a memory card (voice recorder in particular) camera capture button is too easy to bump while changing options, camera is slow to start and operate, maps mode is slow and annoying to navagate and the zoom is buggy.

Good – I think this phone is a great phone. I previously had an N73 and had so many issues so I was very cautious when getting this one. I use it mostly for Texting, phone calls and camera and cant fault it anywhere there. The camera is absolutely fantastic and for me has captured so many memories very clearly. It is definitely great quality, especially… Read more

of a night using the flash! It has the capacity to hold up to an 8gb memory card which holds a huge amount of photo's and music. It is very easy to get music and data on and off using a PC via USB or bluetooth. If you are after a phone just for calls and texting with a bonus great quality camera then this is it! I dont use much of the other stuff on it but find it very good quality! I love my 6220! Nothing Really

Terrible – the saga started about a month after I purchased the phone. the top middle button cracked. Now im a very fussy person and by no fault of my own I caused this to happen. So i sent it away for warrenty and then too my surprise they wanted to charge me for a new key pad. After to talking to their so called experts they put me through too their… Read more

manager and too their credit reluctantly repaired it under warrenty.

After I got it back the buttons at the bottom of the key pad were lifting. a week later i sent it back. They sent it back and wanted to charge me $50 for looking at it saying there was nothing wrong, I sent it back again and they repaired it. Now my phone asks for the memory card to be inserted all they time when its in there. My father inlaw stopped working. sent it away. they said it was moisture affected. IT HADDN'T even been near water. This is my first and LAST nokia. Good features, 5MP camera. Warranty and customer service. Product quality leaves alot to be desired.
