Daylight robbery. I'm not sure if my phone is faulty or it's been designed this way. I warn people not to spend money on this product. If you know any Nokia support please recommend. Show details

Nokia C32 – After purchasing a Nokia C32 2 weeks ago, we have had nothing but trouble. Only being able to use a Web Chat support system and speaking to a new person if you don't reply that minute. They say contact the carrier of the phone. The carrier says contact Nokia. After 2 weeks of back and forth, Nokia have now said send the phone to a repairer, which… Read more

there is only 1 repairer in our country over 4800kms away, and they need our sim card to see if the problem is fixed. Might as well give them our passwords too. What a joke. Works never recommend a Nokia phone to anyone given the support. Looks like I'll be purchasing another new phone.

Mobile Phone and Cover Purchase – Good positive service from Officeworks, only fault I found you did not know if the product is out of stock until you pay for it, No drama, price of cover refunded on the spot Show details

Disconnects from network – Bought as an on call/triage phone for medical but would randomly disconnect from the network for no reason and no notification. Would have to restart the device to reconnect. Simple phone for other uses but as a phone (the primary function) it's unreliable. Do not recommend. Show details

Dodgy phone with serious software issues – I had the green coloured version of the phone for perhaps two weeks. It worked nicely for the first few days then it started to play up. It would exit pages when I was online or in an app. The page would flick up and down. I would never get notified of emails despite turning them on. The list is endless. The whole time I had it, the old addage "it… Read more

has a mind of it's own" came to mind. This is because it would often act like it. Which is obviously the complete opposite of what you expect out of a phone at anytime. Often times it would open apps without being asked then close them.

At one point the usb c connect port failed to recognise my headphones. I mean the list of everything wrong with this phone from the start is numerous. You pay for what you get, literally.
