video quality is almost like a hand held camera. For updates, you don't need to buy a new phone as the system is updating itself. Definitely recommend this phone to anyone who is interested in a one phone that does it all at an affordable cost.

had numerous software glitches which the Nokia Helpdesk couldn't assist me with. I was given a replacement phone and I had the exact same problems. In the end I returned the phone and asked to switch to a Samsung Galaxy SIII - this cost me more money but at least I can continue to run my business without phone issues. A very poor product something id never dreamt of from a nokia product .....should have gotten an iphone.
