Terrible – Stupid Phone. I am stuck with it for another 16 months. It is slow and badly designed. It reminds me why I dislike Nokia Phones. When you call someone in your contacts list or look at a missed call it actually KEEPS THE APPLICATION running in the background until you go back to it and close each one individually. DO NOT BUY! It has an MP3 player 1) Functions are clunky. 2) Software is slow and badly organised 3) Phone case is weak 4) Speakers are crap quality EVEN if you never play them above 70% 5) Buttons are badly designed and response time means you often have app's running after a mis click

Excellent – Better than the Nokia N95 & N96 and similar to the much pricier N97 excepting the large touch screen. Auto rotating image, latest Nokia GPS and maps made it a perfect replacement for my aging Navman. Versus the iPhone, the obvious disadvantage is screen size and easier operation. But in many ways, this outperforms the iPhone: Battery life, bluetooth, 5Mp camera, Flash - which in video mode acts as a powerful torch, FM Transmitter plays music through your car audio without any plugs or bluetooth requirements, much smaller. Wireless networking, stereo speakers, amazing flash power, beautiful screen, ultra slim Keypad & hidden buttons are difficult to operate due to their lack of tactile feel. Wish the car charging was more effective as the GPS function chews battery power.

OK – A stlylish looking and functional phone, with some issues as above. Overall I like the product, but I will see what the manufacturer says about the issues when I take the product in under warranty. Love the slide open function and music slide, they are easy access. Has a lot of great functions and takes great photos during the day. Easy to manouver around the menus, and also looks great. When using the flash the person looks like they have evil eyes! Not very flattering! The recessed buttons seems to misfunction (have to press several times before functioning), and I have now noticed some pixelation on the text message line, and the phone has not been dropped (unusual for me!).
