They promise much, have difficulties with delivering services and charge too much. * They visited my garden for a quote. 11 days later, I asked for the quote, and then asked again 6 days later, and received the quote 36 days after the site visit * The quote was promising, and they mentioned that all the staff have horticultural qualifications, but I doubt that (keep reading) * They promised to shape bushes for aesthetic appeal - the result wasn’t aesthetically pleasing, as they missed many areas of the garden, and their team was one member short. Two areas were not touched. * They promised to remove dead or diseased parts to prevent the spread - a dead bush wasn’t removed until the third visit, after I brought it to their attention. I also for suggestions about why the bush died and received no advice * They promised to provide a full irrigation report. However, I never received this report, despite my repeated requests. The irrigation testing was also disappointing, as it only involved turning the four areas off and on! * They promised to discuss solutions to a troublesome area of the garden and provide a quote - there was no discussion and no quote. * They promised treatments against pests and diseases, ensuring a pristine and healthy garden environment. During the 2nd visit, I reminded them about this. No action. The pests and diseases love Nomadic * I choose premium garden services every 3 weeks, and typically they send one person with experience, and another person who doesn’t seem suited for the role. It was almost as if the experienced worker was the father, and the helper was the son, who didn’t want to be there. The young man mentioned to me, “I can’t get motivated to do the work”! * During the 3rd visit, I asked the two young gardeners fundamental questions about services, and they couldn’t answer them. They also didn’t have essential equipment such as shears, and I had asked them to trim the Jasmine that wasn’t done in the initial garden service. They could have also used their powered equipment. * Another promise was access to exclusive specialty fertilisers, and nothing was fertilised. * The final straw was their invoice, which increased costs without warning to $418 for 2.5 hours at $167.20 per hour. The lack of warning or reasoning was rude, and the price was ridiculous. No refund given. * Their website had a bible verse. What a contradiction!
