I regret purchasing this foot massager, as it simply doesn’t work. Despite trying all the settings, there was no vibration in the pad-mat, making the experience utterly disappointing. I ordered this product, and on the order screen it said that I was going to get 40 foot patches at no charge for placing my order, I was also charged a warranty charge, that I did not approve of. worked good for about 10 days and then it started shutting off by itself, and sometimes would not start at all. I have since asked how to return it and have not gotten a response yet.

I bought a Nooro foot massager from them - no issues. Then a few weeks later I start getting charged a subscription fee for a VIP Peak Health Club from Nooro - something I never signed up for. Another idiot got srewed – Used this thing 3 times a week for 15 minutes Then it stopped working.customer service answer...sorry, only 90 days warranty. I paid $ 156 canadian just to throw in the garbage. And they get away with this.better thimk twice befote shelling out fot this kind of gatbage .

Beware of subscribing to a ‘VIP Health Club’ – The foot massager arrived after some weeks. The face of the controller detached on opening the parcel. The massager itself has worked so far ( day 1). However today I was charged for a monthly subscription of $29.99 which I know I did not subscribe to. The customer support claim that I did and will not refund the fee. I wish I had read the previous reviews before buying this product.

Dissatisfied – Tried to cancel within hours of buying. Countless emails to and fro. Ended up accepting when delivered. But then was charged for monthly subscription that l DID NOT order. Do not recommend dealing with these people. Very unhappy and has been stressful dealing with this.

Sent a completely different cheaper product than I ordered – I ordered this and was sent a completely different product that was much cheaper. I wrote to the company, which promises 24 hour response, and 4 days later, surprise surprise - no response.

Terrible – One star is too many, purchased product in April and worked fine. End of May the massager stopped working, no sensations whatsoever. Rubbish, with outrageous medical claims and hard upsells for other dubious products – This is a con that should be prosecuted by Fair Trading authorities. It is a cheap and nasty TENS generator and a plasticy rubber mat you put your feet on. An outrageous rip-off at $150. However, I very much doubt the Neuropathy benefits claimed by Nooro.... Firstly I can tell you that I have been using my EMS foot mat 40min daily for over 8 months and can feel absoluely no improvment in the neuropathy condition in my feet. (Mine is still working) Secondly, nerve repair and rejeneration takes a very long time - usually months to years. And the nerve damage is more likely located in the bottom of your spine, not in your feet. Hence its very difficult to claim that this or any EMS foot mat is responsible for any improvement in neuropathy. (they all work the same way). So it can only be considered a 100% FALSE CLAIM by Nooro. Furthermore, there is no verified medical or scientific evidence supporting Noroo's neuropathy claims. If there was, then surely your Doctor or Neuropathy specialist would be aware and so be recommending these EMS foot mats...yes? Of course they would! So you can conclusively rule out the Neuropathy claims being made by Nooro. As for a foot massager - dont even consider it as you will be extremely disappointed. Price wise, you should know that the 100% IDENTICIAL EMS Foot Mat can be purchased on eBay, AliExpress, Amazon and Temu for around $10 DELIVERED. So thier claim that this EMS foot mat is not sold on eBay and Amazon is a straight out lie to stop to people looking there and finding out how much they really cost! And YES they are definitely 100% the SAME IDENTICAL EMS foot mat. Compare and you will see they have the SAME IDENTICAL mat, electric pulse actuator and remote control. There is NO DIFFERENCE whatsover to the significantly overpriced Nooro EMS foot mat. So dont believe Nooro's false claims!!! There is nothing special or technical about these EMS foot mats. Some are more effective than others - yes. Due to the conductivity of the mat and the strength of the electrical charge. But we are talking very small differences here - You might need to turn one up more than another to get the same effect. Thats it! Hence dont be fooled by Nooro's claim that theirs is somehow better. Its definitely not. Even if it was, it would only cost a few dollars more. Not 15 to 20 times the open market price. But even more telling is the fact that the EMS foot mat supplied by Nooro has absolutely no branding on it anywhere, except maybe on the box. Like all other EMS Mats the only words printed on the foot mat are "EMS FOOT MASSAGER"....... There is your evidence this is just another cheap generic EMS foot mat. Nothing more! Also Noroo falsely claim these EMS mats normally sell for US$300 and reduced to US$149. (increased to US$200 as at 05/24). This is a whole lot of hog-wash. As I have already pointed out., you can buy the same identical EMS foot mat for around $10 on eBay including delivery. And even more telling...You can buy the same identical Nooro foot mat on the Nooro Australia web site for just A$89 (US$59) delivered. Hohum...PLEASE EXPLAIN NOORO!!!!!! Then there is the questionable quality and performance of this particular Noroo EMS mat..... If you check the "genuine" reviews on Amazon for this EMS foot mat, its definitely not the highest rated EMS foot mat and there are plenty of people complaining about it not performing properly and even failing after a few uses. Even some of the many reviews on Trustpilot have made similar complaints. I strongly recommend the EMS foot mat being sold on Amazon with by far the highest user ratings. You can pick it by the hot air balloon design at each side of the top or just search for AMF20. This (AMF20) EMS Foot mat has an average GENUINE user rating of 4/5 from around 82 happy customers and sells for only A$22 (US$14) delivered. It has a different design on the mat which has better conductivity and so generates stronger electrical impulses into your foot and lower leg muscles. But dont worry as the strength can also be adjusted from 1 to 19 and it has 6 different modes which you select according to comfort and desired stimulus experience. So there you go. lesson learnt - Question any product with lots of marketing hype. Question any product which claims "marvelous" medical benefits - which has not been recommended by your medical propfessional - they certainly know what works. Always shop around for the best deal. And most importantly, as the old saying goes... "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably isnt !"
