My family and I have been seeing dentists at Normanhurst Dental for all dental services since we moved to Wahroonga over more than 7 years ago. The wait times at the dentistry are minimal and the staff at the dentistry are efficient and make every effort to make the visits pleasant with their professional attitude and care. I received dental services from Normanhurst Dental for dental implants recently. The entire treatment process spanned over 18 months, during which Dr. Kaichen Qiu (Kasey) and his assistants were great in terms of care, cleanliness, expertise and attention to detail. The care shown at the dentistry is exceptional, during the treatment as well as post appointments. The follow up calls after each appointment to inquire condition of the patient is a unique process followed only at this dentistry in my experience of many dentists in Sydney over the past 42 years. The dentistry has been showing the same care and compassion after every appointment for me and my family. This demonstrates that the dentistry really cares about their patients. It is so heartening to observe that the dentistry uses modern technology effectively. The dentistry is located in a very nice and convenient spot for local residents and is closer to Normanhurst station, which makes it easily accessible for residents from nearby suburbs as well.
Follow-up · Appointment booking is easy; you just have to contact the clinic, and a friendly operator will greet you and fix an appointment at convenient time immediately with your choice of dentist. Modern technology used at the clinic which I am most impressed with is the instant dental photos which the patients can also view online, X ray facilities during the dental treatment, or for dental splints etc., and other modern technology gadgets used for different purposes which I am not able to describe. Post care management is excellent and the best in my experience as I have mentioned in my review before, the dentists and the staff really do seem to care about the patients. Their follow up call is genuine and reflects due care rather than being completed as more of a formality to tick boxes of customer care. This is one more important aspect of their service which distinguishes the clinic above others in my opinion.
