guard making us feel like criminals just for trying to get a some dinner. They accommodated for us, however were incredibly rude about it and made us feel unwelcomed and unwanted saying and I quote “As soon as you finish your meal you have to leave”. This was really disappointing as it ruined my birthday experience with them. I had even signed up for a membership that night because I was excited to eat here however now I will not be going back.

outside but fluffy on the inside so nice I had to pinch a few of my hubby’s, the service was great with so many new staff in the restaurant awesome work, as always the restaurant manager Sushil was amazing greeting us and checking on how our meal was fantastic service thank you for making our dining experience great.

Rude entitled receptionist – Food great, when you finally get it. Old bloke that’s overweight and bald at the front reception is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Staff were accomodating but the old fella was only interested in arguing with his own staff from back of house. Super unprofessional the man is too comfortable in his position. This 1 star is solely dedicated to that man. Not the club itself.

Super Friendly Local – Everything is wonderful! If I was to be super picky, the hot chips aren't the best I've eaten. This is our local & we bring all our guests here

Ruined my Birthday – There was 8 of us, we arrived at 5.30 pm as per our booking for dinner and the show, got seated and ordered drinks, the waitress came to take our orders, but apparently forgot to hit enter on the POS, we waited for almost an hour and our meals still hadn't arrived while people around us were getting their meals, we then went to ask what the… Read more

problem was to find out that our orders had not gone through to the various kitchens, perhaps I could understand this if all our orders were from the same kitchen but they were not and one was just a salad and I know that it does not take an hour to make a salad! Consequentially although the problem was fixed by as soon as possible and we were given a free round of drinks our meals did not arrive on time and the show we had booked had already started and we could not find seats together, we were told that we could have our meals in take- away containers to eat at the show but if we wanted to eat take-away we would go to MacDonalds, unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened to us, I do understand it was a busy night but obviously staff training and attention to detail seems to be lacking

lowest in town but also not excessive, being good value overall. Also, the kids room gained the approval of our discerning 6 yo guest. Overall a great experience that we will repeat soon.

Not value for money – Myself and family have been here numerous times great food and drink, beautiful place, recent visit tonight I ordered the USA ribs, had before and portion was great, had tonight at $37 and got 6 ribs, tasted good etc but come on 6 ribs really. My advice if you want a feed don’t get the ribs absolute rib off forgive the pun

Great if you want Covid – A staff member (un-named for their security) at Norths was told to work today even though they are Covid positive. They stated that this is not the first time this has happened, with covid positive servers and cooks being told to work. Show details

Amazing – An amazing club with amazing and friendly staff,Kayla was awesome help choosing a new wine.

Steak! – Dined in at the north’s Friday night, both my partner and I ordered the 300g rib filled both over cook terribly and really dry, mentioned to a staff member and nothing was really done about it, if it wasn’t a $50 steak I wouldn’t normally complain, have been here many times before and it’s always been amazing we love it there. Show details
