where do i start. we bought a nova bravo off two lovely old people just at the end of covid. their son had decided at 84 years old it was too much for his father. the van is a 2017 bravo and had been in storage for 2 years after only doing 10,000 klms. from day one things went wrong or should i say broke. i have replaced everything in the van… Read more

since i have owned it and i mean everything from a new awning to the fridge to the the screws holding the air con on the roof together. the fly screens to a complete overhaul of the electric brakes that alone cost $2,000. okay the products in the van arent made by nova but the van itself is so badly built it amazes me. i have just pulled the floor up around the shower and replaced it. the floor was virtually non existant, just rotten fibre. the list goes on and on. i mean even the levellers have been replaced. i could fill two a4 pages with all that i have replaced or fixed. i am handy but for some one who wasnt they would be up for thousands. i paid $43,000 for the van and at the time it had done 10,000klms and the previous owners looked after the van. it was made on a friday arvo or a monday morning. they reckon jaycos arent much of a van well good luck to you if you buy a nova.

We have just purchased our RV through Marty and his team at Emu Rv in Penrith and we could not be happier. Absolutely fantastic to deal with and a top quality product to boot. Highly recommend their RVs that are built in conjunction with Nova… Read more

Caravans in Victoria. We looked at Avan, Avida and Jayco and none compares to the quality from Emu Rv. Well done

Follow-up  · We have travelled to Swan Hill, Mildura and a few other sites and the Van has lived up to expectations

Absolutely appalling after service..the service manager is extremely unhelpful when the fault was a very clear warranty issue leaving the van unusable and a 12 month fight with them. Don't buy from them!! Show details

Great service ! – Our new Nova caravan developed a small bubble in the laminex splashback behind the sink. I contacted the service dept at Nova to have it rectified. I can only the commend service from Tara & John, and the service team, an absolutely pleasant experience. It did take a couple of months before it could be booked in to be repaired, but they removed the splashback and replaced it with a brand new sheet. Credit to all at Nova. Great job guys Show details

Minor caravan repair – Almost 10 years since I had the pleasure of being taken on a tour of Nova’s manufacturing operations and placing an order for a 20ft Terra Sportz including some alterations to the standard model, I returned today to have a minor self inflicted repair undertaken. As per all my previous interactions with various members of the Nova team, the… Read more

process & service was 1st class.

Over the years I have towed this van some 100,000 Klms and have continuously been fully satisfied with their product and ongoing service & assistance bestowed to me.

Proud to be an owner of a Nova Caravan! – We have a Nova 2024 Terra Sports 196-1R we had our van handed over to us in May this year by Nova RV Melbourne and what can I say…I cannot fault our caravan one bit. The quality is exceptional. Customer services is great, the people at Nova Caravans make you feel like family and are so truely helpful. They are all such a friendly and down to earth… Read more

bunch, anything we needed during the planning stages up until now they were there to assist. We booked a factory tour a few months prior and my wife and I both walked away so confidently. We just got back from our first adventure in our new van and we are so excited for our next trip. Our caravan stood out from the rest at the caravan park we were at in NSW such a sleek, classy but tough looking van. We are so happy with our Nova and we couldn’t recommend a better caravan. Thankyou to the Nova team!

A terrible experience – We purchased a new Nova Vita in 2018 at a cost of around $85,000. The first major leak occured in the first few weeks through the skylight over the bed due to incorrect fitting. Subsequent leaks occurred along the r/h side causing lamination of wall, flooring and cabinetry damage due to incorrect fitting of solar panels and roof seams. In all, 6… Read more

warranty claims were made after delivering the van to the Nova factory in Melbourne. The van continued to leak despite the so-called warranty repairs. Any attempt to continue repairs post the 3 year warranty period was met with silence from Johno and the warranty team. Repeated attempts to contact Nova by phone or email were unsuccessful. Following an email to Nova when we stated we will be contacting consumer affairs; their response was 'if you do, we will no longer communicate with you' direct. Our experience with Nova was nothing short of lies and deception. As a result we never got to enjoy our new van as we expected. The sooner laws are introduced to police dodgy Australian caravan manufacturers and protect consumers the better.

Happy with our Bravo – We took delivery of our new Bravo 166-1RZ Signature Series last week. All work on van has been done to an exceptional level. Would like to thank the sales team at Nova and Parravans Windsor for all their help and advice with the purchase of our first van. We are looking forward the next chapter of our life. Fairly good van. Warranty service atrocious! – Purchased a Little Terra van in May 2022. It has basically been a very good van except for: Had a few bedding down issues, shower drain didn’t work,(my fault?) after 3visits to dealer they discovered a fitting reversed in shower drain. Fridge intermittently failed, dealer checked but no further action (twice) so problem still exists. Shower vent… Read more

actuator arm failed due to stuck seal, visit to dealer, they contacted manufacturer,no result, I rang manufacturer several times and emailed twice, always “ring you back” but never have. IOn the plus side, they have replaced the television twice:

This caravan wins the Lemon award!!!! – Took a long time to get our Nova Bravo delivered . In between they send us the wrong caravan plans and wanted us to sign them. The brand new van arrived with the table top already damaged ( laminate in bubbles ). A screw missing in the skylight in front of the shower - quality control?????? The shower leaks , laminate between oven & sink comes up.… Read more

Bedroom door came off the tracks. Bathroom cabinet door defect , have to tape it shut during driving. Drawer locks defect , have to remove the whole drawer whilst driving .When it rains water comes in from under the toilet. Did order a Camec front loader with 15 programs - got an inferior cold water washer with only one warm cycle. Several custom made items which went all wrong. After only one month during driving a suspension bolt broke off and after 4 month again during driving not the bolt broke off and with it the whole rear axle, spring and the two rear wheels.
