Nova Dental Implant Centre

I had made an appointment for the Townsville clinic. I had to drive 5 hours to get to appointment. They cancelled my appointment last minute via text message. When I tried to speak to someone I couldn’t even speak to someone in that clinic. Waste of my time and my money and fuel. Won’t be going to them.

Extremely unprofessional experience. Nova Dental texted me their address six different times, but every single time it was the wrong location. They had me walking around a mall looking for them, only to find out they weren’t even inside the mall at all. Complete waste of my time and very frustrating. If this is how they handle something as simple as giving directions, I can’t imagine trusting them with actual dental care.

Go somewhere where an actual professional can diagnose your dental condition

Terrible, all they are is marketing! Don’t trust the “from 75 dollars a week” [Content Removed] it’s more like 200 a week for a payment plan for 7 years!!

My husband had a fantastic experience with the Nova team at their Sydney location. Everyone was warm, professional, and made him feel completely at ease. books with other clinics and most of the time Nova and the clinics don’t talk to each other. When I tried calling back to get my money back no one answered and it literally took me threatening them to get my money back. The chick on the phone was nice but Jesus she just asked “how does this makes you feel?” “What are you most excited for” just full sales pitch it’s honestly ridiculous and there pricing isn’t even the pricing BECAUSE they are not the clinic they book for clinics. My advise: just go to the closest clinic to you it saves you the hassle and they do free appointments without the “refundable” deposit. Save your breath

really disappointed and wish i never gone there – If i could give 0 stars i would. this is a big waste of time, i was booked in to get the first assessment really quick. Then they booked me in to clean what was left of my teeth ($400) then it was going to take 4mths to get an appointment to have scans. all the while trying to get more and more money out of me. don't go with them and don't stay with them. The Dentist that i was sent to was the dental boutique gold coast. Just couldn't and wouldn't do or say anything to be able to speed up the process. They have nothing on-site so every part of the process has to be in different places. Just a really bad experience but out of all that i found a really good one and am nearly finished my treatment. IF you want to go to a great place go to the [Content Removed], they will look after you all the way.
