False advertising – Went to buy some 10mm grip tips and when add to chart it says quantity 6 so add 2 thinking getting 12 tips but on the bottom of the page it says pay per tip so i get 2 in the mail in stead of 12 talk about false advertising can get the tips up near my Billard shop to by 2 tips and not the postage i wouldn't of got the tips from this shop if I knew it was only 2 how many people would have been done by this false advertising

Abysmal Customer Service – Used this company the first time to buy darts, board and cabinet. Reached out to their customer services for an issue and instead of being helpful, they came back very stand offish, rude and unprofessional (grammar was shocking too).
