my name and email but they didn't. I asked them to do so as that's the order number I was provided. Ignorance again. One month later I have all my stuff which I received nearly two weeks ago from my team shop but still nothing from the NRL and zero help regarding where my things are. Apauling service zero service acually. They clearly don't give a Sam. I will never buy from these lazy don't give a shot people again. Hope my comment warns others. I see there rating is 94% negitive CLEARLY THEY DONT GIVE A SH*T.
Worst CS ever!! only to get the wrong size, we asked if she had kids to understand why we were mad she got offended and said sorry im going to end this call its completely going the wromg way. She then accused us of speaking over her and interrupting her when she had a solution, at this point still no apology. Told her if she could hold the right size while we organise the return her response was depends on the warehouse and what stock they had we told her yes its in stock your website says so we're on it now thats when she changed her tone and said okay you habe to send that back etc, very rude and we were going around in circles asked for someone senior she said im most senior and no supervisor or manage we kept asking and then she ended the call and kept the phone blocked as we couldnt get through, i tried on my phone on to get the engaged tone when i got through i asked for a.manager again she replied no managers here and they dont deal with complaints thats why im here...she also ended the call as i kept pushing for a manager or someone senior to help us
Smaller fit than other jerseys I’ve bought in the past a bit disappointing considering how expensive they are.
Terrible service and wrong items – Absolutely terrible STAY AWAY from them gave us someone else’s order and now are refusing to send us what we ordered and we have to wait for a email with a return slip and they still haven’t gave us a email , the customer service lady was rude and didn’t care and refused us the item we purchased if no email over the next day or so I’ll be taking the matter to a higher force
Worst customer service and response times – Received my goods, too small so emailed to return and exchange for larger size. No reply. Looked at returns policy, took the required photos and emailed them to support on 10/1. No reply. Returned the goods on 12/1 and tracking shows delivered on 15/1. number and on hold for 18 minutes… finally speak to someone who advises system not updated to say returned….. also when I described the lack of emails….. advised they have a 25 day turnaround time for customer service emails. Won’t be ordering again!
Don’t trust these guys for a return – I returned a jersey as it was too big, they received it on the 20th of Nov. And as per the website said that it could take up to 14 days for the refund and an additional 5 for bank stuff etc. I phoned on the 6th of Dec. right about this set up, go with someone more reliable. If I hadn’t phoned it would still be unrefunded forever! Not professional at all.
Fell apart after first wash $150 bronco’s jersey – Have tried several times to contact . One response asking me to send back jersey which took one month to arrive , they will fix it and send back !!!!!! When current season finishes . Can’t call them ! Sent many emails nothing .

Trading if I had the time and was more significantly out of pocket. I also think it is more likely that the NRL Store is just unprofessional / incompetent rather than anything more sinister. But yes, absolutely stay away from them and their website.
DONT BUY SCAM – Have not delivered OR answered any emails or returned phone calls, they told me to " report them " if I am not happy , DO NOT ORDER , disgusting service and a total scam
2 months still haven't received order – Certainly feel scammed. They do not even reply to customer enquiries online or via email. I will never purchase anything from here again, even if my items miraculously turn up at some stage in the future.
Bad customer service, still waiting – Ordered over a month ago, was told a week ago they only just saw my order and now have none of 2 of my items in stock. Jumped on their website and it showed there was at least 50 items of each thing just at normal mark up not the price I bought it for. Still nothing sent with rest of order from that day also. Since I wasn’t having any luck via email, and haven’t heard anything for 10 days, I decided to discuss the matter via phone call (today around 4:45pm). However, the multiple-option-choosing lead me to a message that told me to hang up the phone, and submit my query via email, (which I find ridiculous since they have not been able to keep in contact with me via email) so at around 5pm, I called again, and an automated message told me that they were closed, even though the message proceeded to say that their opening hours are until 5:30pm....
What a let down. If I had have received a courtesy or automated email to say that the matter is being looked into/my email has been received, it would have been a completely different situation. And I feel that this would be a much better option for future customers, rather than what is happening now - little to no response whatsoever.
All in all I would not recommend purchasing anything from here, as you may not even receive it, and if that’s the case, you probably won’t get support, so say goodbye to resolving the matter quickly, kindly and respectfully.
Bad service and wsit times – I ordered 2 personalized footballs. 6 weeks later I sent an email requesting an update. They said at least 8 weeks before delivery. I have now had to cancel the order (they hadn't even started it) and 2 little boys miss out on there promised xmas presents. They also take the money straight away. Very poor would nev eer order from them again

Good if you don't have to return the item – I have bought from them a couple of times and all was good until I was sent a hoodie where the packaging had been incorrectly sized.
