Disappointing experience. Polite & respectful but slowest tradies I’ve ever experienced who charged by the hour. Many small repairs & installs required. Some done, some not. Kept leaving and returning over several days across a couple of weeks. Half installed a tv bracket with assurances to return, 3 week’s later, no show, I engaged someone else. I put my complaint in writing to Rowan (owner/boss?) incl a request for 1 hr credit for a small job that had to be redone (their error). His response to my lengthy respectful email was simply to request my bank details. Not another word. I’m easy going & flexible. Was definitely taken advantage of in this instance.
