NSW strata Specialists are a company you should steer well clear of. I am the chairman of a strata complex that employs NSW Strata Specialists to manage the property. They never, and i truely mean never, respond to email, phone, text or any other messages. The decisions they take, without consulting with the owners corporation are boarding on criminal. What a shame whwn on the South Coast of NSW we really need a Strata Management company that actually thinks of theclients best interesta. Stay clear of this company.

She’s incredibly calm, clear in her communication, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense — no jargon, just straight answers and practical options.

What we’ve really appreciated is that she always does things properly. Whether it's dealing with trades, managing finances, or helping owners understand their responsibilities, she’s professional and fair. She doesn’t take sides, but she does make sure the process is followed and that things get done right.
