In my opinion don't buy this very expensive shade cloth – Its about 3 years i have had this poorly designed very expensive shade cloth. In the 1st 6months i was going to take it down to the tip but it would have left holes in my rendered wall so i left it there. If you are looking for architectural style you would not buy this. . If you are looking for some shade on a hot day with no wind or breeze dont get this, get a canvas umbrella. It rattles constantly like a sail, even when retracted, which it is most of the time. It holds water which drips constantly. The canvas has creases in it from poor manufacturing which have faded. We have it retracted so much spiders get more use out of it than we do. You never deal with the same person twice through the buying process thats so they can blame each other and pass the buck. It's called the ZEN . Honestly you will only know its failing's after it's too late so just get an umbrella.

Service - Total run around – Waited 3.5 hours for a scheduled service No show. Get a text message to call. They have to reschedule. total waste of half a day. Now another day interrupted to get job done...... Maybe. Very frustrationg Show details

What a nightmare – The tradesmen who attended to repair my blinds were rude and unpleasan and begrudgingly did the repairs. Almost $700 later I was left with two broken blinds. After 3 complaints i was completely ignored. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.  Show details

Cannot believe this mob are in business – This company would be without doubt the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It started with a salesman coming out to measure and quote. After he left I rang the company and said I will go ahead. They said they would send an invoice by email and this took two days. it and send it back via email instead of being able to do it over the phone, Stupid me in good faith I paid the whole amount instead of a deposit. Once it was processed I received an email From the general manager to say a check measurer would be out in the next few days. A week went by and no call to arrange a time for the check measurer to come out. I then called them and spoke to an employee, (when they answer the phone) who after being told of the situation said he would email the check measurer and he will get back to me that afternoon or the next day. Of Course nobody called. I called back and when the phone was answered it was the same employee i had spoken to. He just answered the phone as hello, no business name or anything so I wasn’t sure if I had the right number. (This is where it gets interesting) This employee started talking down to me, was rude and very arrogant. He said and I quote “you are very bloody impatient, sometimes mate you have to wait for things in life” he also said, again a direct quote “We are bloody busy mate you think you are the only one who is waiting”. This guy is an absolute embarrassment to the company. (Before they reply and say that I abused and swore at him, yes I did but it was under extreme provocation and I did apologise at a later date for losing it which is more than I got from this employee) I told him I wanted to cancel the order and to refund the money back to my account. He said sure we will process it next Thursday. I said I wanted it straight away as I paid for it straight away. His reply was “Bad Luck it will be done Thursday”. I told him to have the General Manager call me ASAP. Soon after I get a call from the check measurer wanting to arrange a time to do the final measure. I told him I was cancelling the order and he apologised saying his vehicle had broken down. Check other reviews and you will see that this excuse has been used by this company before. He said he called me because the General Manager called him and told him to call me otherwise I would have still been waiting. Next I get a call from the General Manager telling me the refund will be processed on Thursday. No amount of arguing was going to get it done any sooner. So I said fine, process it Back to my credit card next Thursday. She said we don’t have the facility to process it back to the credit card. Strange that they could process the payment through the credit card though. She said I can do a cheque or pay it into your bank account. I gave her my bank account details. Now I find out that it was not processed through to my account but a cheque was raised and sent out registered mail. Only found this out because it wasn’t in my account so I called them. The cheque was dated the 1st February but was not sent till the 4th February and did not arrive until 11th February. They had given me the wrong tracking details so I couldn't track it. The whole process put me back two weeks trying to get a roller shutter. The employee needs some training in customer service and needs to learn to speak to people in a civil tone and to get some manners. The general manager needs to learn to answer emails and to do what she promised. Bad bad company Please think twice before using this company. Oh and by the way should they reply with, we have never heard of you, you must have the wrong company, that is an excuse used by them multiple times for bad reviews (Check all the reviews) Happy to show anybody who wants to see the invoice from them to prove I was supposed to be a customer. I also found a company who not only send one measurer instead of two like this mob but they made and installed the shutter in four days. Nu Style were going to take six weeks for one shutter.

didn't put it back together very well got home from work this day & the part of it was on the ground not happy, where told at the start that they would be good in the wind as long as they were down before it got windy, so that what we did.. not good at all it came away from the zipper part I ran up & told them what happen & they said well you shouldn't have them down in the wind, Well I said I was told quite clearly that is was ok.. he said ridiculous that is so stupid so they would come out & fix it.. now it has fallen down all together..mind you on your website it states

insisting that a time be given for the installation, he continued his tirade, yelling “Well I don’t know” and “you’ll just have to wait” and accusing me of being a “really terrible customer to deal with” then hanging up on me. I sent a formal complaint via email to the owner and have asked for a refund of my deposit. DO NOT engage with this company in any way. Honestly, it is a wonder they can exist at all, treating their customers this way.

No after service and just don’t call you back to arrange to fix faulty blinds. E calls and no return call – Please be careful,this company is great at selling you new blinds but that’s where it ends. several emails with their so called manager Toula she decides to send someone over at no charge. This serviceman they sent out was here about 2 minutes, he wound the shutter up and unstuck it and put it back down and said “just don’t put the the shutter all the way up” well that’s great since when can’t you put shutters all the way up. 2 months later again the same problem but worse the shutter was completely stuck and would not go down at all no matter what we tried and one of the other shutters wasn’t closing properly and letting light in. I called and emailed this company several times with no response or call backs. Just about 2 weeks later they finally sent someone out who changed the cables and informed us that they shutters have not been installed properly but didn’t have the “tools” to check properly. He also said the last serviceman should of changed the cables when he came last. The shutters are very poor quality and their service is even worse. They trade under two different names, Eurotech shutters and nu-style home improvements, don’t get stung by them. They also want to be paid up in full several days before installation. Their so called manager Toula is definately a piece of work, doesn’t want to admit any fault of theirs and thinks their shutters and service are top notch, hate to tell you but I think she should read all the reviews stating otherwise.

factory with some other order and assurance that they would be delivered and installed shortly. To date 29/4/20 we are still awaiting the delivery and fitting of the last two blinds. They occasionally take your call BUT more often than not NEVER call back despite promising to do so. We were promised delivery of our last blinds on Monday - with us agreeing to install them but no show.

(completely untrue) and the same day I received a letter from a debt collection company. All this was after 3 weeks. At no time did I receive an email as I was assured I would. Very disappointed in this service, would never use this company again. Plenty of other companies offer similar shutters, avoid Nu Style.

a high end product with a high end price it just does not meet expectations or match how its presented in the brochures in my honest opinion. The company is fine but the product for me was a complete disappointment.

Dont buy these – I would recommend using another company for your shutters. They promise the world and delivery very little. Customer service is terrible, and if you do choose them ask for the warranty, as you will need it although they will not abide by there own obligations. Show details
