Nûby Insulated No-Spill Flip-it

OK – Great for packing in the bag for hot days as keeps cool for a short time. As my son got older and started drinking more often with meals, he found it frustrating to sip from the straw as it was a non spill design which made the flow slow, i ended up switching to a normal cup and straw cos of this. I would recommend for kids under 18 mnths old. Character designs, large size, straw stays clean when lid is closed, non breakable, My son finds it hard to suck from the straw cos of the non spill design, hard to clean the straws,

OK – Perfect as it is spill proof and leak proof. The straw is quiet hard to clean and if removed from the cap, is quite tricky to push it back through the hole. I sometimes fear that I'm going to rip the tip of the straw. I guess you should only use it for water. (My daughter only drinks apple juice diluted with water and the straw gets a little grimy).

Another complain is that replacement straw kites are not available in stores which I find ridiculous. Luckily I found a couple of online stores that have them. spill proof, straw is kept clean straw is hard to clean, straw replacement kits not available in stores

Good – These are identical to the previous version of the tommee tippee insulated straw bottle. They are fantastic in keeping liquids in the bottle and the valve in the straw means no spills but does require decent sucking from the child. If you get this, make sure you also get a straw cleaning to clean out the grooves in the straw and on the straw top. A great cup if you don't mind the thorough cleaning, otherwise avoid it as it will get mould build up without proper cleaning. Spill proof and leak proof. Size is perfect to drink from and grasp of small hands, and easy to store in bottle holder etc. Straw is difficult to clean
