Stylish and comfy pram – Nuna Demi grow, seriously unreal! Breathable for our summer baby, easy set up and pack down. Compact for a double pram!
Flimsy and unstable - poor customer service – I bought this pram 5 months ago after looking at prams that would work best for a toddler and newborn. When receiving this pram I had a few issues but manages to let them go only for my issues to become worse over time. - The lower seat cannot be in a full upright position, my son has to be leaning backwards at all times which seems uncomfortable… Read more
for him. - The frame is very heavy and hard to constantly lift especially as it has to be upright in the car. - Over time the axle seems off and leaning which makes it harder to push. - paint chips easily and scratches. - The wheels make a clicking noise when both children are in the pram. I made a complaint to Baby Bunting, they had one of the Nuna reps come see the pram after sending them videos of of pram as the lady from baby bunting even commented that the sound the pram was making didn’t sound normal. They were not flexible on time to see the rep only being available at 12pm noon (nap time). My husband took the pram into the store only for the rep to not recognise any fault in the pram and even the lady from baby bunting this time agreed with the rep. I have purchased many prams from baby bunting including the Upperbaby vista which we had no issues with and loved but didn’t see it working for both our children and age gap.
Overall very disappointed with Nuna and baby bunting! Now I am left with an unusable unsafe pram! Do not buy!
Awesome pram however wouldn’t recommend for toddler – Pram is fantastic to manoeuvre very easy to push Great to fold down and put up Downside is the 3 upright positions still leaves the l child very reclined due to its (bucket seat) style. My child is 10 months and wanted to be sitting up more so was left frustrated and if the harness was loosened then it was dangerous. Show details
Would Not Recommend – Pram is beautiful I appearance and appears to "have it all" however a few issues I am not happy with. * cannot move at a fast pace with this pram as front wheels locks and pram almost upends * Cannot push pram back and forth to soothe baby as the wheels again lock and jerk the pram. Not a smooth movement at all. *extra wide turning circle which… Read more
makes this pram difficult to manoeuvre. Often I have to do a 3 point turn or lift the back end of the pram just to turn the corner of a ramp. * Paint scratches very easily. Even a minor scratch then causes the surrounding paint to chip away. This is not covered under warranty either. * Pram is recommended to be stored folded and upright. This is not practical for car transport despite having a large 4WD. * When laid in carpeted car for travel the pram rocks and slides due to wheel position and design and this does not help with an already fragile frame and paint.
I do believe this pram is quite nice and beautiful looking but for the price tag and the issues mentioned above I cannot recommend. When comparing this brand to others and seeing the ease at which other mothers in my group have with their prams and I am disappointed with my purchase.
Best pram ever – We have bought this stroller with matching bassinet in December 2021 from Baby Buntings. Things I love: BASSINET -The hidden pocket inside the bassinet - The fabric on the bassinet walls and mattress is so so soft and a lovely nutral knit. - There are feet on the bassinet so the bottom of it doesn't get dirty on the floor -Air flow from the… Read more
front of it through to the back by lowering the fabrics (but still has mesh to stop bugs) - Its not overly large but still a very good size for a big baby or long baby - Beautiful textiles on the outside - Easy to put together with easy to understand instructions. -THE BEST THING EVER- It can go on the adaptors which elevate the entire thing up super high so bub is right there and very easily acessed. Perfect for those who can't bend post birth or tall parents. Baby sits SO HIGH if you put it on the adaptors and so close to the handlebars too that its not like bubs is way out or way down at your knees like bugaboo strollers are. - Comes with footmuff/cover over the bassinet that zips on and off for winter - HIDDEN COMPARTMENTS! It has 2 hidden compartments inside the foot end of the bassinet that are easily acessed without opening the whole thing up to cold air and affecting bubs. My wallet and wipes and everything fits perfectly inside the main one but there is also a zippered one inside this main secret compartment that i can put the keys and my phone in etc. -Magic dream drape in the hood of the pram that attaches to the bassinet with magnets so bubs is in the dark while sleeping and isn't awoken with zippers or velcro. STROLLER -Turns on a dime! -EXCELLENT quality in fabrics and textiles throughout - The seat has a newborn insert for littler bubs - The Seat liner comes off completely to reveal a mesh seat for when its very warm or if you live in a hot sticky climate - Handlebar has bumpers on it so it doesn't hit the ground when folded -Easy and very intuitive to fold, and folds SMALL without the seat on - Generous seat in terms of height. -Comes with all the adaptors you'd need to be able to put a carseat straight onto it- no buying more adaptors -The adaptors raise the seat so bubs can sit right up lovely and high and see you and is very easily attended to without breaking your back. -Generous hood with magic drape that comes out from it for extra protection/shielding. This is great to keep bubs in the dark while sleeping but it also has mesh so bubs doesn't overheat or anything too.- AND its fastened with magnets not velcro so its silent. LOVE this! - Good solid wide set wheels that won't puncture and turn beautifully, they're capable of all terrain and have little mud guards to stop any little fingers who sit in the bottom seat when its there. - Suitable for future babies- toddlers LOVE the bottom hidden seat too, i love that its low enough to allow them to climb in and out themselves and saves me having to fight their independence lol -Suspension can be adjustted but from reviews i've seen on youtube, there's really not much reason to do so. We've left ours in the default position and it gives a lovely smoothe ride even over cobblestones etc. - HUGE basket! Seriously huge lol.And its actually easy to get to whlie the pram is in use with bassinet or seat mode. -It feels STURDY! This isn't a cheap lightweight pram or full of plastic parts like a bugaboo that has to be babied in use. This pram will outlast our kids i suspect. Its well made and exactly what i'd expect a good quality pram to be.
Things that could be better: - I WISH we got the foot muff for the seat and the market basket that overseats buyers get. Feels like we're being a bit ripped off not getting the entire package and a basket in the underneath basket that i could just carry into the house to unload would be super handy. -In full capacity it can be a little heavy but still muuuch easier to turn than the others we tried eg Vista's and bugaboo donkeys. The vista feels like driving a tank, this one feels like a regular pram :D - My only other complaint is that the hood on the bassinet only goes up or down by squeezing both the buttons on either side of it. It'd be easier if it were a one handed thing like a button in the centre top of it where the handle is. But really, thats nitpicking.
FAIR WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS- The Baby Bunting VIP rewards points you get when you spend a certain amount are ONLY useable in store and ONLY for 30 days from date of purchase. (2 things we were not notified of when hubby bought the pram for me for xmas as a surprise) By the time we went to use them after xmas they were expired and BabyBunting were unable to be contacted during their entire sales period and then unwilling to reissue them when they finally responded to my email. This is a major fault on BabyBuntings behalf and defs not something that I would put onto Nuna at all. But worth mentioning to potential parents who are hoping to save some $$ at the store.

Nuna Demi Grow – I decided to purchase the Nuna Demi grow after trying out a couple of other high-end prams that promised all-terrain capability but fell short of being sturdy and less complicated. I am extremely satisfied with this decision. The demi has an easy fold and is compact when folded. The seat does need to be removed before folding, but can easily sit… Read more · 1
on top of the pram once it is flat. We live rurally and I used the pram on a gravel road so the dual suspension adjustment is an added bonus. The big wheels also complement the smooth suspension. There is a little switch behind the wheels to adjust this. My little girl is now 11 weeks old and enjoys sitting in the seat. The fabric is beautiful and I love that the seat fabric can be removed to expose the summer seat. The demi does come with maxi-cosi capsule adaptors too. Another added bonus is the ginormous basket beneath the pram. I can fit a shopping basket easily and find it easy to go and do a light shop. The pram can take up to 22kgs so the extra weight of some groceries is no problem. One thing I would note is that the frame is heavier than many other prams we tried so I would highly recommend ensuring you can lift the frame at boot height before buying.
