The product itself (after only 6-months of use) was faulty which was an inconvenience however the ‘aftercare’ by the NutriBullet rep was disgraceful, nothing short of lazy… after supplying multiple photos, video & emails to & fro only for the rep to tell me to lodge it through Amazon where it was purchased… shows a complete lack of customer care… next time I’ll just purchase a Ninja… thanks Show details
Really disappointed with this bullet. Have owned a 600 for years but it need replacing. Liked the idea of the extra cups so went for the 900 mega. Completely unusable. The rubber ring that seals the cup to the machine comes off every time I use it. The liquid sprays everywhere, what a mess. Last time I used it, did the usual trick sprayed… Read more
everywhere, I could see the rubber ring in the cup, but I could not unscrew the cup from the machine. Ended up having to break the cup to get it off the machine. Went and bought a similar product from Ninja and haven't had a problem.
Not a great blender – Constantly leaks, been barely 6 months, blending power is terrible. On top of that cleaning the blades is impossible because the design is such that gunk accumulates and cannot be cleaned by blending with soapy water or using a sponge/ cloth. Not dishwasher safe either- everything but the blade attachment is Blades attachment kept accumulating so much gunk that I had to throw it out. Truly a waste of money.
As expected – Not as good as the Ninja. Powerful enough but the spindle was replaced at the 2 year mark and we may need another soon, product now 3.5 years old. Still works but one of the 3 plastic base inserts is broken/faulty meaning you often can’t remove the canister. It’s a good product but quite cheaply made. Show details
UNRELIABLE PRODUCT – I received the NutriBullet as a gift, when I used it, it was faulty the seal was broken, all my liquids were spilling everywhere. I replaced the product for a new one, and the new one started doing the same! I messaged NutriBullet to let them know and their response was very below par. I would not recommend buying this product, invest your money elsewhere. Show details
A couple of small issues – I purchased this blender at the end of last year and every time I have used it I have noticed a running theme. It makes a strange smell, like burnt steel. (Never smelt anything like this so could be wrong on the smell) Also it does leak a tiny bit out the bottom where the lid is screwed on. No matter how tightly I screw it on. This isn’t a big… Read more
deal but it does get annoying with cleaning. I initially brought it to make baby food which mixes vegetables and fruits with ease, however it is very loud to where my newborn can hear it at the other end of the house and starts screaming. I do love the design though and works great.
Terrible seals allow food and mold to get stuck – Mold got stuck underneath the blade's seal and food got stuck under the gasket. The blades were only 3 months old, and used only around once a week! Only ever been hand washed as per instructions. I asked the company for a replacement blade and they asked what I cleaned the blade with! Warm water and dishwashing detergent of course. Not using it anymore and have just bought a new blender from better brand I hope. Show details
Such a shame (Been a fan for so long) – Purchased my unit from Myers in Knox and from the first day it made a funny smell, 3 turns later it started smoking and left black carbon all over my bench. Myer took no responsibility and blamed Nutri Bullet when I spoke to Nutri Bullet they blamed Myer and would not return my money or replace the faulty product even after I explained how I still… Read more
want to be a client. I have used the magic bullet for over 7 years and no problems, now I have upgraded and the product lasted 3 turns, don't they want return customers. So disappointing and for only $100..
Wish I bought one years ago – This is perfect for those times when I do not want to get the blender out for those smaller jobs. I bout it for meal shakes and it has not disappointed. I wish I had bought one years ago! So easy to use, put ingredients in, place lid on and then put into base and twist. It crushes ice cubes and frozen fruits ….in the liquid, not on their own. can place a handful of frozen berries, some milk and get an amazing smoothie/shake! Just enough for one. Mine is the 900 series that comes with two cups, a travel lid and smaller cup to use with separate mill blades. The mill is handy and works beautifully. I would highly recommend this nutribullet.
Leaking Seals. No brand support – Seals started leaking and falling off during a blend. You can’t get replacement seals from the vendor so bought online. Still need to push the seals in everyone couple of times. Disappointed with the service and parts support Show details
Excellent love it – Compact and very powerful. I use this to make all my vegetable and fruit shakes. It’s sturdy and black colour really looks great. Easy to clean and maintain. Worth the price paid. Show details
Compact and powerful – Compact and powerful. I like the color black which blends well with my kitchen interiors. Personally think we don't need this many components(cups) but otherwise it's a very good product. Show details
Smoothies Galore! – This model blends greens with ease, has no issues blending frozen fruit or chia seeds, is a breeze to clean, and is just excellent value at $99 from the good guys in the mega pack. I have also used this to make green juice by blending fruit and veggies and then straining the fiber out (it separated) and it was great! Way easier to clean than a… Read more
juicer. My only critique would be the lack of storage lids - the big cups are too big to drink in one sitting, so it would be nice to store in the fridge with a lid to keep it fresh. In my opinion the 900 is all you really need for your average smoothie with greens, frozen fruit, protein powder, nut butter etc. Hope somebody finds this review helpful!
Excellent Bullet – Very satisfied with the 900 series Nutribullet. Does the job perfectly. However, not suitable for chopping up herbs like parsley, basil, mint, etc. Have to use the Thermomix for these herbs, but apart from that, very good machine. Very handy with having two normal size cups and a smaller one. I got the Mega Pack. Show details
