More wattage but less effective than old 900W – Agree with other reviews. This one is less effective than old 900w NutriBullet. Can’t crush ice. Cleaning is a pain too - containers are narrower than old model. And plastic construction os lower quality that clings onto grease. Show details
More Watts less power than the last model? – Purchased this machine after our old one finally died after about 10 plus years of daily use. Even though this new one is rated at 1200 watts as soon as you turn it on it feels like there is way less torque in the power of the motor. It is evident in how long it takes to chop up solids and it doesn’t do nearly as good a job as the old 900 watt one did. Pales in comparison to the last 900 watt one! Won’t be buying this brand again in the future! Show details
Blew up on 3rd use. Don’t waste money – Blew up on third use. Unfortunately I paid cash and don’t keep receipts so they don’t offer a refund. I’ll be buying something more expensive next time. Waste of money Show details
Waste of my hard earned money … totally rubbish item – I bought this from Jb hi fi only a year ago and I wasted helped at all when I took it back . The motor totally stooped working And with only at most 8 times of use this thing died. I called then up and was told to take back into the Hervey Bay store where I was told nothing can be done, well then don’t waste my time with telling me to bring it… Read more
into the store I bought it from and then not help me at all. All I can say is you gave list a customer and many more as I won’t hesitate to tell them if my experience with the Product and with the none help from the manager there.
Disappointment! – We purchased a Nutribullet Pro 1200W in Sept 2019. It's failed us dismally! I contacted Nutribullet via email and included photos plus the original receipt. Nutribullet replied with, "the bearings within the balde attachement have worn down" and it was suggested that we, "purchase a replacement OR the deluxe upgrade kit ll". The upgrade kit is… Read more
compatible with the 600W and the 900W, not the 1200W. We were also reminded to refer to the User Guide where Nutribullet 'recommends replacing the easy-twist extractor blade every 6 months (depending on use) or as needed for optimal performance'. We use ours 3 times per week. I would never have purchased this product had I known how disposable it was. Expected lifespan information of such a product should have better disclosure and transparency published externally on packaging - Not inside, on Page 5 of the user guide. Buyer beware!
Worth the money! – No leaks and easy to use and easy to clean. It has got a practical design and doesn't really look bulky. Has the perfect amount of power to get through all my fruits and foods! Very happy with this purchase Show details
Cannot live without you Nutri – You cannot go wrong, smoothies everyday for breakfast juices , whipped cream the list goes on I mean. A bit bulky but we'll what isn't when it has that much power can crush ice like no one's business Show details
Fantastic product – Absolutely amazing product, I use it every single day. The pulse button is definitely an added bonus. The blades are different to the last one I had, they are much better and having more attachments is definitely another added bonus. Show details
Short lifespan – I bought this at the end of October 2019 and had to return it to place of purchase today (Feb 24th, 2020). It retails at $169 and comes with two cups as well as the blender vessel. We have used it almost daily for fresh fruit smoothies, occasionally using chopped dates, prunes, kale, beetroot, oats and a bit of crushed ice (a few chopped carrots… Read more
although it didn’t quite blend them well enough for our tastes). It has never been loaded past the line markings and has always had a liquid of sort, usually soy/coconut/almond juice accompanying the fruit. It’s easy to use. Attach the blade base to the cup (twist motion) and then push down and twist to lock in the base. If you have already turned it on at the wall, it will immediately start to blend for approximately one minute. If, after one minute, it isn't blended enough you need to let it cool before blending again. You can stop it anytime by twisting it off the base. Initially we LOVED it, the seal was pretty strong, it never leaked. Although if you screwed it together to tight the suction from the blend makes it hard to open. Problems started after three months. It became smelly/smokey during use, it also stopped turning off after one minute, and there was a brown residue underneath the screw base, with what looked like bits of silicone or seal (not quite sure), it also became a lot noisier than it had been previously. To be honest for the price I don’t think it lasted the distance and as I result I would be hesitant to recommend it to a friend. Apparently, it was the first return of this model and, as it was still under warranty, we traded it in. Good Guys were excellent in that regard.
