I bought a 1200 watt unit in 2024 and love it, so wanted to get a second one. Bought the 1200 pro, it is awful compared to the other model. Dont like trying to decide how tight to screw together, and first time I used it, it leaked water. Show details

Follow-up  · I contacted the company and they were not interested in exchanging it at all

Best blender I've ever used – Blender is a blender, what to review? Right? That’s exactly what I thought when I purchased my first cheap ish Sunbeam blender. It served me well until I started blending more challenging things - thick skinned limes. How did I end up with the 1200w Nutribullet? I simply could not blend what I wanted in the “regular” blender, which eventually… Read more

could not handle it all and burnt out. Here is a simple comparison and light review of my first Nutribullet experience. Size. Sometimes it matters. Not here. My Sunbeam was giant. However, it didn’t do a fraction of what Nutribullet does. Nutribullet is easier to operate, clean and store. Cutting ability. The Nutribullet's cutting mechanism is more than double the size of my old Sunbeam. To blend limes in Sunbeam I had to cut them in very small pieces and still yet they would not blend. With the Nutribullet I don’t cut what I put in at all, then ice on top of that. It crushes everything effortlessly. Cleaning. Nothing much to say here. Due to its size and construction it is super easy to clean, can’t compare the ease of cleaning with anything else. Just the best. Convenience. Most other blenders would just blend what you place in and then you need to pour the liquid into something else to consume. The Nutribullet mixing chamber is part of the shaker. When done blending, just pop a (provided in the kit) sippy cup top on it and sip on the go. Very clever. Price. The price is very competitive. The cheaper, less powerful models are relatively cheap, however, for the ultimate performance and convenience I’d suggest getting the 1200W model if within your budget you won’t regret it. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with how great Nutribullet is. Will highly recommend it to anyone who is considering purchasing one.

Got the most expensive one & Thai still happens occasionally(see photo) – Got the most expensive one & Thai still happens occasionally(see photo) Asked for help on instagram prior to posting this and was getting the “back & forth” for codes etc. No solution as to why it happens and only 1/10 times but cleaning sucks when it does. You have things to work on and customer service needs work. Money in the bin. Will go try another brand! Show details

Quick & Easy! – The blender is very powerful. Blend well. If the lid tightly closed, no liquid will leak out. Convenient to use and very easy to clean. I am very happy with Nutri Bullet 1200 series medel. Show details

The only blender I use - Amazing! – I have been using these for 12 years. In that time I have needed 2 replacements so 3 blenders in total. Considering how much easier this thing makes my life, I am happy to get it replaced every 3-4 years. I think that's pretty standard for most electronics these days anyways. I use it every 1-3 days without fail as it is a quick breakfast tool.… Read more

This is the best thing you can get on the market at this price / quality. It will blend anything and literally takes 15 seconds to clean. Eventually the cup may become warped or motor might sound extra loud but that to be expected with such a powerful device. Overall, I recommend! Great christmas present!

Our machine stopped working after just one month, and the parts seem to be cheaply made. I tried reaching out to NB through the website and phone, as it was still under warranty, but never received any response. Extremely poor customer service and low-quality product—would not recommend. Show details

More wattage but less effective than old 900W – Agree with other reviews. This one is less effective than old 900w NutriBullet. Can’t crush ice. Cleaning is a pain too - containers are narrower than old model. And plastic construction os lower quality that clings onto grease. Show details

Very disappointed – I have purchased the original NutriBullet way back when it was first seen on TV. That was an unreal blender. It lasted 10 years before I replaced it. That's where it stops. I eventually replaced it for at the time a new model. It lasted about 9 months and I had to take it back to my retailer for an inspection, a week later I received a phone call… Read more

from the customer service to say that the NutriBullet will be replaced with a new. Done... The new one lasted about the same time, this one the motor failed, had that replaced with a new one. We are now on our third replacement and the NutriBullet 1200pro that is starting to smell like the motor is about to go. Moral of the story once this one goes that's it no more NutriBullets. I have to say that my retailer is great.. Thank you to The Good Guys.

The unit blends pretty well but the promises made by the marketing team of a quieter blender are not met at all. My unit is extremely loud when blending (90+ dB) to the point where I typically wear noise cancelling earbuds when using it. Also, I find it has a strong hot electrical smell when being used which I find a little unsettling. Show details

More Watts less power than the last model? – Purchased this machine after our old one finally died after about 10 plus years of daily use. Even though this new one is rated at 1200 watts as soon as you turn it on it feels like there is way less torque in the power of the motor. It is evident in how long it takes to chop up solids and it doesn’t do nearly as good a job as the old 900 watt one did. Pales in comparison to the last 900 watt one! Won’t be buying this brand again in the future! Show details

Disappointed – I had a previous NutriBullet model for many years and loved it. When it packed up, I immediately upgraded to the 1200 series. What a disappointment! While the blade itself is an improvement, I much preferred the previous model. Firstly, the new version is so noisy that my son has started wearing hearing protection when operating it. Secondly,… Read more

unless you screw it so tight that you can barely open it again, it leaks, and if you wash it (without emerging it in water), it stops working for days. Lastly, while the previous one lasted many years, with this one, one could often smell the motor burning while operating, and today it started emitting smoke and then short-circuited. Unfortunately, it is just outside of the warranty period.

Worst blender ever. Total waste of money – Blender Constantly stops working and all of the lights are flashing. I have to unplug it and wait several minutes before plugging it back in. ladies. You have to replace the entire picture. Who designs a blender where you have to replace the entire picture? That is the dumbest idea I've ever heard. I have the 900 and it works great. Blender Combo 1200 Dark Grey NBF07500-12 – Powerful grinder which easily grinds the pulses, spices. I used it for both dry and wet grinding and it works perfectly. Used the Extract function also with the fruits and works nicely. Just need to press the button once and it stops when it is done. Provided jars are very good sizes. The Blender jar is huge and comes with its own blade which was my main choice for this blender. Show details

Motor Burnt Out a Few Months After Warranty – Purchased November 2019 and used daily with a single 'pulse' cycle for morning breakfast. After 14 months, the motor burned out, wisps of acrid smoke coming from the motor. Whilst it worked fine for the warranty period, I am dismayed the blender has only lasted 14months. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. Show details

Disappointment! – We purchased a Nutribullet Pro 1200W in Sept 2019. It's failed us dismally! I contacted Nutribullet via email and included photos plus the original receipt. compatible with the 600W and the 900W, not the 1200W. We were also reminded to refer to the User Guide where Nutribullet 'recommends replacing the easy-twist extractor blade every 6 months (depending on use) or as needed for optimal performance'. We use ours 3 times per week. I would never have purchased this product had I known how disposable it was. Expected lifespan information of such a product should have better disclosure and transparency published externally on packaging - Not inside, on Page 5 of the user guide. Buyer beware!

smoothie. The old one came with a milling blade as well, which this one does not. Its not a deal breaker annoying as I did not get this with the old one.

Probably the most annoying thing is that it blends for a second or two and then stops, and I have to push down on the cup for it to keep going. It does have a function that you can press the button on the front to pulse blend but I don't use it.

All in all I'm really unhappy with it and complain daily about having to push the cup down. I am going to take it back. I probably should just try to find a 600 as it was brilliant and far better than this one.

The family gives this guy a daily work out! – This blender is powerful, efficient and super effective. VERY LOUD, and motor blew up after 20 months! – We have owned the Nutra Bullet 1200 for about 6 months now. We mainly do juices (once a day) and sometimes a smoothy or ice cream mix. and standing near the machine is 95 decibels. So basically the sound is equivalent to a motorcycle in your kitchen. Would I recommend this to someone? The answer is "NO". It is not worth $169 considering it is causing industrial deafness in our house.

20 months later the engine blew up. There was smoke everywhere. Now I understand this was a faulty and dodgy product.

WARNING: If your Nutriabullet is noisey, return it asap!
