Motor Burnt Out a Few Months After Warranty
Purchased November 2019 and used daily with a single 'pulse' cycle for morning breakfast. After 14 months, the motor burned out, wisps of acrid smoke coming from the motor.
Whilst it worked fine for the warranty period, I am dismayed the blender has only lasted 14months. For the price I paid, I expected better quality.
Purchased in November 2019 at The Good Guys.
Blade bearing issues
Blade lasted <6months from a bearing failure. Bought replacement and happened again — seems to be a known issue as replacement parts are hard to get. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.
Purchased in June 2019 at Harvey Norman for $180.00.
So loud
The 1200 series should seriously come with earmuffs.between the sound of the blade and the motor,it is so loud.my 900 series finally died after 7 years of great service and I wish I had bought another one instead of the 1200.does the same job and so much quieter.
Purchased for $169.00.

Disappointment!
We purchased a Nutribullet Pro 1200W in Sept 2019. It's failed us dismally! I contacted Nutribullet via email and included photos plus the original receipt. Nutribullet replied with, "the bearings within the balde attachement have worn down" and it was suggested that we, "purchase a replacement OR the deluxe upgrade kit ll". The upgrade kit is compatible with the 600W and the 900W, not the 1200W. We were also reminded to refer to the User Guide where Nutribullet 'recommends replacing the easy-twist extractor blade every 6 months (depending on...
Read more use) or as needed for optimal performance'. We use ours 3 times per week. I would never have purchased this product had I known how disposable it was. Expected lifespan information of such a product should have better disclosure and transparency published externally on packaging - Not inside, on Page 5 of the user guide. Buyer beware!Purchased in September 2019 at The Good Guys for $169.00.

Very disappointed after loving previous Nutribullet 600
We had one of the original NutriBullet 600's for years using it more than once daily. Eventually it starting making some noises so we decided with a bit of sadness to retire it.
This NutriBullet has a different blade set up with the blades higher than the original. With this blade I almost always have unblended banana in the bottom of my smoothie. The old one came with a milling blade as well, which this one does not. Its not a deal breaker annoying as I did not get this with the old one.
Probably the most annoying thing is that it blends...
Read more for a second or two and then stops, and I have to push down on the cup for it to keep going. It does have a function that you can press the button on the front to pulse blend but I don't use it. All in all I'm really unhappy with it and complain daily about having to push the cup down. I am going to take it back. I probably should just try to find a 600 as it was brilliant and far better than this one.Purchased in December 2019 at Target Australia for $240.00.

Perfect for my protein shakes
I love my NutriBullet and use it frequently. It is compact and easy to use. I have never had any issues blending a variety of fruits and vegetables. I love an active lifestyle and this product is convenient, time efficient and easy to clean.

The family gives this guy a daily work out!
This blender is powerful, efficient and super effective. It comes with several cups plus main blender jug, pulls apart for simple cleaning and is so easy to use. Blending is a breeze, we just stop and give it a shake if it is struggling at all, which is rarely. My sons make mega smoothies before gym every day and they blend up dry oats before adding any fruit or liquid. It handles ice really well too.

Broke down in 6 months.
Broke down in 6 months. Jb hi fi has sent it for repair. Will take 4 to 8 weeks to fix it, I will be without ba blender until then.
Purchased in April 2020 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $160.00.
Extractor blade wear
Extractor blade bearings wore out in less than 6 months, and whole unit had to be replaced at our cost, very noisy. Ninja lasted much longer with the same use.

Not bad but VERY LOUD!!
We have owned the Nutra Bullet 1200 for about 6 months now. We mainly do juices (once a day) and sometimes a smoothy or ice cream mix. For the first 3 months the unit was great and then the noise started getting louder and louder. Now, you can't stand near the machine without a your ears ringing. The noise is so loud I tested it at 114 decibels and standing near the machine is 95 decibels. So basically the sound is equivalent to a motorcycle in your kitchen. Would I recommend this to someone? The answer is "NO". It is not worth $169 considering it is causing industrial deafness in our house.

Love it
I got this blender as I was fed up with blenders that claim to crush ice but never do. I’ve had this one for around 2 days ago and just love it. I have also used it for baby food and making soup. The only issue is can be quite noisy

Worth the money!
We bought Nutribullet during last Christmas and its so awesome. Main thing that i liked is the motor is totally covered so even if there is some water on the top zar when you place it, it wouldnt get inside and burn the motor or you dont have to deal with greasy part. It latches very well and have got many speed settings so absolutely all the options one need for blending.
It has got vacuum legs so it doesnt move once placed on the shelf, i like it from safety prospective.
Its worth for the money i bought it for.

Exploded in less than 3 months.
Nitri-Bullet used to be great until they started employing a brain malfunctioning Neanderthal to design their blades. Not even 3 months and I’ve got red berry “smoothie” exploding all up the walls and all over my brand new Winter White Knit (now a “Nutri-Berry Speckled Egg”).
Seriously Nutri-Bullet go shove your all your blades, all your products all your CEO’S where NOTHING SHINES! because you are absolutely, positively, seriously, diabolically sh*t!

Fantastic product
Absolutely amazing product, I use it every single day. The pulse button is definitely an added bonus. The blades are different to the last one I had, they are much better and having more attachments is definitely another added bonus.

Product works well but customer service is poor
Blending and handling solids - good results when comparing to a food processor. The electrical smell it releases is a bit of a worry as you think there is an issue with the product until you realise that this is what it does. The seal does fall out (despite claims by the company that it does not)and it’s very expensive to replace -$39 with postage and difficult to replace due to out of stock and lengthy time for delivery despite high postage price.
