Most stupid and out of date customer service and website ever existed since 1940s with over 45 on the phone with stupid customer service ,They have a customer service member for each bottle they sell so unlucky if you ordered 24 bottles. Down there this is how many times I tried to place an order
Supplied damage goods Australia post advice them about damage carton ,half stock missing they didn't bother told Australian Post to deliver it. Australian post put a sticker on box with reference number-66634218 stating advice sender but they requested to deliver damage goods.
Order the wrong product online – I ordered the wrong product online realised this straight away and sent an email to advise 10 min later. Got a generic email that they aren’t able to replace the product. Emailed back and explained situation they weren’t interested to what I had to say. I also called the customer service line after an hour of being on the queue and apparently me being the first person on hold I just gave up in the end.
I’ve never experienced anything like this ever before where they don’t care about the customer.
I’m stuck with baby formula that I cannot use.
I will never use this company ever again to order anything, they are completely unhelpful and simply don’t care!
Update.
I Finally got through to someone. They couldn’t help me. They advised me not to accept the package and have the courier return it to sender, which I did.
Finally got my refund two months later as I had to wait 28 days to clear their processes which appear to be archaic to me. Then I had to wait another 4 weeks for all to come through.
Will I ever purchase anything from this company called nutricia. A firm NO never again :)
