Helps STOP Tinnitus (ear ringing) – sinuses blocked causing tinnitus - tried everything nasal irrigation, nasal sprays, antihistamines, - tried Nyal day night sinus relief tablets & found it cleared my sinuses that extra bit - atm trying them alone, with good results - (doctor said they can be used with Claratyne & Deconase spray if needed.) When sinus clear no tinnitus ! Prefer Nyal as it is a fully herbal medication :)

Terrible side effect! – Have congested nose due to covid. Yes! It clears my nose immediately but it's replaced by a terrible headache that starts from my sinus to the top of my head! At first I thought I'm just having a dizzy spell/headache due to covid but when I used it the second time, my head was in a lot of pain! after using this product combined with some peppermint oil on my temples and a chest rub. Worth a try!

Fast relief – I take this when I start to feel blocked up and with pressure across my forehead and nose. It works quickly and relieves the symptoms fast. If a headache comes with the blocked feeling that goes too. I also like the night time tablets that allow me to get to sleep when my head is blocked up at night. It relieves the feeling and lets me get a good nights sleep which helps too.

tablet allowed me to breathe freely within 15 minutes and also put an end to the sneezing and the runny nose. But what surprised me the most was that I started feeling really drowsy within about 10 minutes and around the 20-minute mark I could keep my eyelids open and fell into my first deep and undisturbed sleep in the last week. The next morning I woke up with no runny nose, no sneezing and most of the nasal congestion gone.

The symptoms started to return (but only 20% of what they were) about 3 hours after waking. I only took half a day tablet and again the symptoms disappeared within 15 minutes. Fantastic product and natural to boot.

Don't waste your money – Completely blocked nose- day tablets offered no relief, night tablets bigger disappointment. I tried taking the tablets over several days but unfortunately they didn't help me at all. Limited amount of night tablets for those who were getting benefit.

clears a stuffy nose – i had a headcold and taking all sorts of tablets but nothing would clear my stuffy & runny nose, not even a saline solution nasal spray. I purchased the Nyal Decongestant Nasal Spray and it cleared my nose up. You can use it every 3-4hrs or when needed which is really handy. Its nice to buy something and it works.
