Quality? Sustainable? Good service? – We use a few hose connectors for work and around the house. One of three "catches" inside this connector broke off a week or so ago, so now the connector is useless as it no longer catches. See attached photo. The company service person rather smugly informed me on the helpline that there was nothing I could do about it. I called to see if I could buy the small part and repair. I am very disappointed that 1/ a product not damaged from uv or wear etc. is so flimsy 2/ and is UNREPAIRABLE. 3/ I can't even recycle the item(!). Bury in landfill and buy another - must be a better way to grow the business. Surely we can do better.
Thank you for reaching out. I would consider contacting the company only if you have a repair solution. I can organise a 3d print of the item and get them repaired myself. Option: Why don't you invent a improved product?
Don't Buy – Absolute garbage....the connectors keep splitting after a couple of months and they are not even in direct sunlight.... Nylex WERE a good brand not now don't buy
