in our family we use a number flasks .When recently a seal got demagogued it looked like it was a recycling junk A customer service agent at Donaldson Enterprises chased up some seals for me .allowing for continued use
Good idea but I didn’t like the shape or mould – The worst thing about this cup is even though you can take it apart to remove mould under the lid there is a small nob that you cannot clean properly. My next issue was the cup slipped out of my hand a few times because of the design shape and the fact it was very smooth.
good and bad – I have a stainless steel one and yet it has a plastic coating..why????? Of course the plastic has peeled over time so now it looks and feels crappy. Good for keepining hot right down to the bottom I dont use the lid, but the slider part is easily lost (no lugs on mine)
Oasis travel coffee cup – Have two of these and the cups are fine, but the lids are useless. They do not seal and lift up when coffee is added. Cannot use as a travel mug. Show details
Excellent! – I bought this mug for my Mum's birthday, and it's so good I bought one for myself as well. It keeps drinks hot for hours. I even tipped it upside down with hot tea in it and it didn't leak at all. Definitely recommend this travel mug Show details
Absolute rubbish – The mug itself is ok but its not dishwasher safe according to some sites and not others, mixed information and the paint peeled off very quickly. The lid is the real problem... order a new one for the 480ml only the 360ml... How does that even make sense? You can't even contact oasis, the business seems to have head office anyway. My original broke after 2 weeks because the lugs just snap off. In my desperation I did find a distributor that was willing to help me and sent me a new lid which lasted all of 3 weeks and the lugs broke again. Do not buy this mug waste of money particularly if you have any expectation of customer service or if you expect it to remain water tight
Not cheap and fell apart – Paid a high price for what it was. Mine scratched really easily and the lid fell apart so I couldn’t close it after a few months. Not worth the price.
Bad design of lid – Very disappointing, wasted money and bought two, one for home and one for work. The lid loosen up in a day, slide back and forward loosely, not secure at all, spilling the hot drink on me as a result. Show details
Lid won't stay on – Bought this recently and liked the way it looked. Unfortunately the lid will not stay on when hot liquids are in the cup. Not good when you should be able to drink with lid on. First time I grabbed it in the car to take a drink I did not realise the lid had moved upward and spilled hot coffee all over myself. Very disappointing. Make sure the lid srews on and stays on properly before you purchase – Good design , keeps drinks cool/hot for long , bad part is the lid wont screw on and hold. Very annoying when you are driving. Only noticed it a few days after purchase and lost the receipt,
Very useful bit of gear! – Great for any outdoor drinking occasions. I even use it daily in the home. Ice cubes last for hours without the lid on, doesn't dilute your wine! Good for hot and cold drinks.
