So this may be a weird one. Has anyone had issues cooling their pool vs heating. Heating works great - we just want to test out the cooling function and although the weather is cool, the water temp is struggling to drop below 18 degrees celcius.

Have selected cooling mode - and also tried auto mode too. No good.

Oasis IX 19 good for residential pool?

Oasis Heat Pumps

Hi Sunil, the X19 is a great heat pump, designed for residentail pools. While our heat pumps cater to various temperatures and seasons, the typical heat pump size is based on heating a swimming pool to 28°C for 6 - 9 months of the year, assuming the use of a pool blanket. It's important to note that pricing can vary due to factors unique to each house, meaning two pools of the same size may have different heating requirements or installation complexities. If you would like to obtain more information, please feel free to reach out to the team on 1800 815 913.
