It is EXTREMELY hard to remove the liquid reservoir. There are no guide marks. There is no button to push. You just have to yank it extremely hard. But of course, since you have forgotten how to do it, you fear you are going to break it. Atrocious.
Great for light clean non pet requirements but not for me – Updated review, tried it again. Not great for my needs but not a bad mop. Assembles easily, pole will be too short for many, smaller liquid container than most but has a great directional and proportioned spray. without collecting and doesn’t collect much of it along the way. Probably very well suited to non pet/messy child home for a quick light clean where I think it would be a great cleaning tool.
Love this mop – This is just 'simply the best' mop. It has a spray bottle firmly attached on the handle. The mop just glides on a large moveable head that gets into corners and it is extremely easy to use. Removeable heads can be washed and fitted again onto velcro. The spray bottle eliminates the need for a bucket. [That's so in the past] I am really happy that I purchased this mop to make mopping easier. I did read reviews on this before buying. Thanks Oates.
