There are no videos on how to detach and reattach the bottle. There must be a cap missing, and/or I can see something stuck inside, that looks like a cap. It would be very, very helpful for your customers, OATES, to show how to detach and insert the liquid component rather than people posting useless videos that focus on smiling for the camera and moping.

Update: Yes there was a cap missing!!!!! Would’ve been professional for Oates to have answered this when first posted!

Handle is jammed – I was really happy with this mop initially but the blue handle which should go up and down has jammed leaving the mop unusable as I have no way to wring out the excess water. Really disappointed as it wasn't cheap!

spinning mechanism jammed – This mop was great for about 5 or 6 uses on my laminate floorboards however now that mechanism has jammed and so I am unable to use it on these floors as it is too wet. very disappointing and it looks like I am not the only person this has happened to. Show details

Worsed mop – Have used maybe a dozen times the handle where it scews the handle together has split, the mop head keeps sticking to the cog on the bucket, probably one of the worst mops i have ever used or purchased Show details

Waste of Money – Very unhappy with this mop. It spins ok but does not go up and down so all it does is excessively wet the floor. I have checked that the water level is within limits so it must be a design issue. May as well not have the spin function and just dunk into a normal bucket, not much difference. Not user friendly – Whilst the mop can be broken down to be stored in a more compact way, while using the mop and pumping the handle up and down it occasionally loosens and you have to tighten it often. overly large so doing large areas can be quite time consuming and I find the mop heads over time don't "stick" well to the mop head and often come off in the mop bucket or whilst spinning the mop.

There isn't a clear indication of how much water the bucket holds so can be annoying when using cleaning solutions to try to remember how much water it holds to dilute accordingly.

I thought the function of having the mop head bend to do skirting boards would be handy but it is quite awkward to use and being a round head it doesn't get into corners as needed.

I often use my mops to clean the walls and this wasn't suited due to the fold(admittedly not it's purpose but other brands/styles work well for this). Considering the price I was very disappointed with the user experience. We have since got a Sabco rinse n wring gen 2 and it is much more user friendly.

Handle is flimsy – I was keen to try this product at home, the microfibre moo head worked really well on the hardwood floors cleaning and along the skirting. The mop handle is let down by the numerous joins and the second and third handle pieces keep undoing, meaning the mop is falling in two while in using it. Show details

Expensive junk – Don't waste your money on this mop. It doesn't spin well, leaves the floor very wet. good about it was the retractable piece that gets right up to your skirting boards. That was good for a few weeks, then it started to flip over all the time. It's too flimsy, and for the price I paid, I would expect a whole lot better. Please don't waste good money on this, you will regret it like I do!

Oh no - would leave zero stars if I could – Oh boy, I wish I could turn back time and not purchase this especially at the price it was. Does not work as shown on box. Handle assembly totally useless with the pump mechanism too low. Water level must be perfect. Mop is always too wet so leaving extremely wet floors. Half oates and half sabco – I like this mop head and bucket the Handel needs a big improvement as mopping with it is impossible but I made do I just unscrewed the top half off and replaced it witha sabco spin mop Handel works Show details

Would not recommend – Don’t waste your money on this product. The handle won’t stay screwed in so it makes it impossible to use as it falls apart every time you try to rinse or spin it. I contacted Oates directly to try and get help with this matter with no response from them. Show details

What a fantastic product – Brilliant! Easy assembly, easy to use, easy to clean up and store after use. I love the concealed pouring lip for emptying. Does a great job. I can't imagine how it could be improved. Well done Oates! Show details

I do not recommend – The handle unscrews in 2 places when spinning and is flimsy and not sturdy while mopping. The mopping head is very small and the centre post in the bucket comes away when with the mop after spinning. Show details
